Unfortunately, my experience regarding room service was disappointing. On the first day, my room was not cleaned. When I reported this to the reception, I was told that the property does not provide full daily room cleaning, which I can understand if that is the hotel’s policy. However, I was also informed that staff would still regularly collect used towels, empty the trash bins, and check the room. After my complaint, I was specifically told that someone would come within a few minutes to collect the used towels, but nobody ever came. Furthermore, during the rest of my stay, even after I started leaving the required sign on the door, the promised service was never carried out. My main concern is not the lack of daily room cleaning itself, but the fact that the service described by the reception staff was never provided despite my report. This was disappointing and negatively affected my overall experience.

Ottimo hotel, con camere spaziose e silenziose. Ottima locazione, a 50 m dall'edificio del parlamento. La colazione che è ottima, viene servita in una sala che é spettacolare, e da sola vale la pena di stare li. Palestra decente, potrebbe essere migliorata aggiungendo dei bilancieri. Wi-Fi migliorabile, molto spesso la connessione andava giù e fare delle video chiamate risultava praticamente impossibile per le interruzioni della rete.
