“I stayed 3 nights at OX Suites. The property is stylish and comfy, sparkling clean. The communication is prompt and effective. It should be self check-in with no staff manning the counter. However, I was a bit dumb on the main door keypad. Really appreciated a staff immediate showing up to help. It is walkable to Pier2 which is my favourite place in Kaohsiung. I enjoyed my stay and will use it again.”

“Nikko is a Japanese hotels chain , so it means quality, cleanliness, essentials , purity in the furnitures. Kao Nikko is pretty new hotel so you can imagine everything is perfect. I love that”

“飯店內部訂房系統有問題，跟我在平台預訂的住房日期不符，入住時飯店才發現，等了快半小時飯店才處理好讓我入住。但櫃檯跟清潔姊姊都很親切，房間也很乾淨。 毛巾浴巾都有很多污漬，建議自己帶。”

“部屋は清潔でオロナミンCのようなドリンクと水、カップ麺が付いていて、使ったら補充してくれたのでちょっと使いたい時に便利でした。また、部屋に使い捨てのお箸もついていたので、外で買ったものをホテルで食べることができました。フロントのスタッフは常に親切で、日本語が少しできる方と英語ができる方がいたので、安心して色々聞くことができました。ロビーにはコーヒーマシンとポップコーン、お茶などがあり、部屋の電気ポットを使用しなくてもよいので便利でした。部屋の中は壁に子供向けの可愛い絵が描かれていましたが、友達同士の旅行でも特に気にならなかったです。”
