“The room is ok,but need more enhancement for a comfortable place to rest,it seems linens,pillow and pillowcases are somehow old..Cannot use the pool because this is not maintained hygienically,presence.of greenish something discoloration,there is presence of mold underneath..thank you..”

“I found the Philip Ann Resort a wonderful place to stay. For such a small location it offers multitude of games and activities on and around the resort. From the games room, sun decks, variety of lounge areas, restaurant , pool, jacuzzi, a tiki bar, and a DJ. There is a little something for everyone. The staff were very friendly and worked hard to ensure their customers had a great experience.”
