Historic District Stadio Affitto vacanze!

Soggiorno in un bellissimo appartamento moderno situato nella splendida, storico Stadio District di Tacoma! L'appartamento è ristrutturato e completamente arredato. Si tratta di una due letti / due unità bagno che dorme sei. La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, un divano matrimoniale, un armadio, bagno completo e cabina armadio. La seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, un armadio e cabina armadio. La cucina è dotata di granito, armadi in legno di ciliegio, costruito nel lavastoviglie, piatti a microonde e pentole. L'appartamento è dotato di tv via cavo, Wi-Fi, il calore, lenzuola, asciugamani, giochi, sala biciclette e parcheggio assegnato. Lavanderia si trova solo una corsa in ascensore di distanza!

Il noleggio si trova a pochi isolati da Wright Park, l'entrata in Bay Waterfront, e la Città Vecchia di Tacoma. Siamo inoltre a breve distanza dal centro di Tacoma e I5. Seattle è a 45 minuti e la Tacoma Mall è di circa 20. Point Defiance, Ruston Way e Chambers Bay sono anche abbastanza vicino se volete un'avventura all'aria aperta. Siamo estremamente vicino a molti ottimi ristoranti, caffetterie, negozi Froyo, e bar, per il divertimento al coperto, relax e cibo delizioso!

Non vediamo l'ora per il vostro soggiorno e speriamo amore la nostra bella città di Tacoma, come piace a noi. L'unico lato negativo di visitare Pacifico nord-occidentale è il tempo inaffidabile costante. Siamo qui per fare in modo che il vostro soggiorno, pioggia o sole!

Would definitely stay at this apartment again. The location was great. It was clean and had everything we needed. The linens were all top notch. She had the softest sheets and towels. Knowing we had two of our daughters with us, she had the futon already pulled out with sheets on it. Overall it was a great place to stay. I will highly recommend!

Love this place!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Tacoma! The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It’s located in the charming Stadium District — a perfect spot with easy access to restaurants, shops, and beautiful views of the water.The home was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of fresh towels, quality toiletries, and other small touches that made a big difference. It’s clear that Lucy has put a lot of care into making guests feel comfortable and welcome.We really appreciated the quiet, safe neighborhood and how close we were to all the local attractions. Would absolutely stay here when we visit from Ohio and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tacoma!

Beautiful rental in great location.

Rented for visit with family for niece’s graduation. Unit was in a lovely historical building but had all the modern comforts. Very walkable to all sorts of eating and entertainment. All communication with host was fantastic. Really enjoyed our time here!!

Perfect location for some great memories

We are super grateful to have stayed at this beautiful place. It was perfect as we needed a location that was walking distance to the store and restaurants. We were traveling with my 84 year old mom to attend the UPS graduation If we are ever in Tacoma again, we will stay here.

Lovely Location

Wonderful stay and location. The area neighborhood has a wonderful grocery, delicious breakfast cafe, burger and shakes cafe and cute gift shop! The host was wonderful and so kind!

Great Experience

Let me start by saying that Lucy is the hostess with the mostest! 😊. She was very welcoming and her property is the nicest VRBO properties I have stayed in. I think it’s nicer than the pictures show. My father and I stayed at Lucy’s property for five days and felt comfortable and safe. The property was very clean and well kept. Also we met some of her great tenants. If you are in the Tacoma area this is the place to stay. It is very centrally located and the neighborhood is nice and walkable.

High school graduation

My son and daughter-in-law and I were supposed to meet at Sea-Tac Airport and all of us were going to stay at the property. Their flight was cancelled and they were unable to come. So, I had the whole place to myself. I felt very secure and enjoyed the scenic view. It was clean and well-stocked. Very comfortable. I would certainly stay there again.

Terrific rental in great location

Really nice flat with 2 bedrooms and 3 beds. Rooms are generously sized and very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Peek a boo view`of Commencement Bay from living and dining rooms. Great location, walkable to Wright Park, supermarket and nice restaurants. Clean and bright! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come again!

Awesome Stay!

This apartment and host couldn't be better! Lucy was helpful with a couple of special requests that made our Thanksgiving stay perfect. The place is lovely, within walking distance of places to eat, and best of all next to the Art House Cafe! A perfect 10!

Perfect VRBO and Lucy the host is wonderful.

Great location with view of water and next to lovely architecture at stadium high school. Wonderful restaurant for breakfast below run by same owner as VRBO. Great restaurants and market in area- nice park and couldn’t ask for more. I’d definitely stay again!

Unique Building. Comfortable Apartment. Good Location

Spacious, bright updated high-ceilinged two bedroom apartment in a charming older building located in a pleasant urban neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants and grocery store. Very comfortable furniture, beds and showers. Perfect for two couples. Lucy was a very gracious and attentive host. Her family's restaurant located two doors up served a great breakfast. No problems using the building's common laundry facility for which Lucy provided a jar of quarters. Be advised that kitchen was lacking pretty much any food or pantry items, including plastic wrap, foil or storage containers for leftovers. We didn't cook during our 3 night stay but would have had to purchase all ingredients. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again.

Great Tacoma location

Really liked our stay. Location was close to great restaurants and downtown Tacoma. Floor plan good and as advertised. Bed comfy with quality bedding. Furniture high quality. Kitchen small but adequate. Secured entry was nice. Parking is a little tough if you have large vehicle. However Manager accommodated with alternative spot. Would stay again

Wonderful apartment, great neighborhood to explore, with groceries, pharmacy, bookstore, etc. all within walking distance. Highly recommended. Funky parking garage, but usable.

Central, bright, and spacious place to be hosted

Had a fantastic short stay overlooking the sound. This 1920-era building, and especially this unit, is extravagantly spacious, has elegant flourishes, a very comfortable main bed, and is very centrally located. The host Lucia offered us many tips for walking around the area and made sure everything in the unit was just right. The new Link train segment wasn't completed and running up to the building door quite yet, but it seems like it will be pretty soon, which will mean easy direct access to downtown. Look forward to returning.
