The room was dirty and smelled of mold, with stained and peeling walls, rusty light fixtures, and a damaged entry door that did not close properly. The overall condition felt unsafe and unsanitary. No guest should have to stay in such conditions — this property should be re-evaluated or removed from the Hotels.com listings until it meets basic...

I paid for the place and could not gain access because host was complaining that they don’t get payout on time from Expedia so they advise I cancel and pay cash but I already paid and I was denied access but yet to receive my refund. I therefore warn unsuspecting travelers to avoid this property or get humiliated and defrauded ”
