The property is spotless and the caretakers are very nice and accomodating. The owner of the property is prompt in responding to emails.

Towels were limited & manipulated as bed decorations, has holes in it. Paper towel & toilet paper were very very very limited. Drinking water was not enough. Water pressure in shower were very weak. Big disadvantage was NO POOL. Area was quiet & secure.

Your booking was for max of 20 pax, you were 24 pax and I allowed you. You know very well that everything will be good for 20 pax including the towels. You got 2 bottles of 5 gallons drinking water for your 2 nights if stay. Then you asked where to get a refill, so I sent you and extra 5-gallon water, all that for free. You could have asked for more if you needed more.Thank you for calling our attention on the small hole in one of the 20 towels. I assure you that we Will dispose of that unit.Thank you for your stay.

Excellent Stay At Charming Tagaytay Vacation Home
The entire experience was amazing from the communication by the host Maria prior to check in, the wonderful stay at the house with the helpful caretaker staying beside the adjacent house and the smooth checkout process. The location is also fantastic as well. Highly recommended and will definitely book again in future,
