High-speed 5G Wi-Fi of up to 600 Mbps is available.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the unit or on the private balcony.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire private studio, including the sleeping area, living and dining areas, kitchenette, bathroom, and private balcony.

Guests may also use available clubhouse facilities, subject to property rules, operating hours, availability, registration requirements, and applicable fees.

Check-in & Assistance

Our caretaker will assist with check-in and check-out and can help with immediate concerns during your stay.

A valid government-issued ID may be required for building registration.

Important House Rules

• Maximum occupancy is 4 guests, including children and infants.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight. Any changes to the registered guest list should be communicated in advance and are subject to building registration procedures.
• High-speed 5G Wi-Fi of up to 600 Mbps is available.
• Heavy cooking and frying are not permitted. The kitchenette is intended for light meal preparation only.
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the unit or on the balcony.
• Lost keys are subject to a PHP 500 replacement fee.
• Guests are responsible for lost, missing, or damaged items. Applicable charges are based on the actual cost of repair or replacement.
• Clubhouse facilities are subject to availability, operating schedules, building rules, registration requirements, and applicable fees. Access and fees may change without prior notice.

This is a privately owned unit within SMDC Cool Suites Tower A at Wind Residences. Guests are expected to follow applicable building and condominium rules and treat the unit and its furnishings with care.
