“Nous avons préféré payer plus cher et prendre une chambre de luxe face piscine et mer, et nous étions pleinement satisfait.
Le petit déjeuner était très moyen, le personnel était désorganisé et dépassé, il manquait même de vaisselle propre et il fallait attendre des tasses propres pour se servir un café.
Sinon en dehors du petit déjeuner, Restauration excessivement cher dans cet hôtel, et
aucune animation.”

“ho chiesto una coperta a posto del piumino e hanno provveduto solo al terzo giorno non capendo prima cosa intendevo per coperta. il secondo giorno il letto non era stato fatto e il terzo ancora non era stata pulita la stanza alle 15.30. ho dovuto sollecitare ma sono venuti troppo tardi e ho rinunciato. in piscina un solo telo a testa e avendone chiesti due mi sono venuti a rimproverare vedendo che mio marito non arrivava e li avevo usati entrambi io. ”

“New Facility 3 months old. Staff went out of their way to support any and every request.
A beautiful hotel w 3 pools, wide open spaces and many many each chairs and beds to relax in. Next to other high end hotels, this Marriott surpasses its neighbours with nicer furnishings and updated amenities. Steps from the beach and showers at the beach side entrance, from ocean to pool or room is effortless. The rooms are generous and comfortable with lovely linens. And the breakfast was excellent,...

“The toilet seat in my room was completely broken - both parts - making it very uncomfortable to use.
A plug socket to the left of my bed was not screwed in making it very dangerous to use.
Although I arrived at the property at 6.30pm there was nobody on reception that could speak English For some reason the web-form I had to complete for registration didn't work, even though I was instructed to try it 4 times. This had to be completed manually in the morning!”
