“We very much enjoyed our stay at this luxury condo - it was clean, comfortable, beautiful inside & out, and well-equipped. Everything was as described. We wish we had added a few more days - there was a lot to do in Tahiti and this condo is very conveniently located. With the condo being gated it is very secure. At night there is a beautiful view of the sunset over Moorea. The concierge Magdalene was super helpful with getting us settled and with area recommendations. We highly recommend...

“We had a wonderful two-week stay here. The condo was extremely clean and well-appointed, with everything we needed to cook and do laundry. The AC unit was great—after a long day out in the heat, it was a relief to return to the condo and have a cold, local juice and cool off. TV was perfect for unwinding in the evening and the look and decor of the condo was chic and classy. Location was very quiet and we felt safe here. Mostly school kids walking around here. “David was very kind and helpful! The property was great. Loved the pool. No a/c but able to open windows and get a decent cross breeze. About 25 minutes from the airport and in the country side. Very peaceful and calm setting. Would recommend renting a vehicle to get back and forth as taxi is about 4000xpf or $40 per way. Had a great 2 days in this setting! Thank you, David! ”

“I booked this place in early December for our January stay. I reached out in late December with some questions but never heard from the host. Then reached out again to the host once we had arrived in Tahiti after 1/20 just to see if I could get an answer to my original questions and a few new ones. No answer. I then reached out again the day before our stay as I never received check in instructions. No answer! I then tried the DAY OF our stay. No answer via the VRBO message system nor through...

“What a lovely spot to rest and complete my final bucket list goals while in Papeete! Directions to the location were specific and easy, I used Le Palais Patisserie for my taxi driver to find the building. Hosts Phillippe & Maheatea have an explicit manual in the apartment (multiple languages) and were quick to answer my specific inquiries, and they also have a rental car available during your stay if interested! Markets are close by, and main streets are two blocks away. The pool is refreshing...

“Overall, it was an ok property. It was difficult to find even with the instructions and VERY dark apartment complex/neighborhood at night. Some of the blankets smelled off, but used to washer to refresh them. Roosters have overrun the neighborhood and crow all hours of the night. It made sleeping rough at times. It was convenient walk to Pape’ete markets though!”

“I did not receive timely information on checking in and could not check into the property. It is difficult to find and doesn’t show up on Google maps. The fact that they list the property next to it as a way to find it is a bad sign. It has an interest among a bunch of stores with street people hanging out. It is sketchy at best. We did not stay there since we did not get the code in time to check in on our first visit to the property.”

“Très bon séjour. Appartement très propre et fonctionnel (il manque juste un grille-pain et des tasses à café) Très bien placé proche de tout à la périphérie de Papeete et de l'aéroport. Hôte très serviable et réactive quant à nos questions. Je recommande.”

“The studio is conveniently located near Papeete Market with 7 to 8 minutes walking distance. Tepu was very nice and offered airport pick up for 2000 XPF and drop-off at Papeete Ferry Terminal for 1000 XPF. We also rented their car for a day for 5000 XPF. Check-in was at a different location then Tepu dropped us off at the studio which was about 5 minutes drive. The studio has a kitchen and washer which are very useful. There are two beds for our family of 4. The sofa bed was not comfortable...

"L'hotel è situato in una zona industriale tranquilla perché un po' defilata comunque poco distante dal centro di Papeete raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi. La struttura è semplice ma accogliente dotata di un ampio parcheggio anche coperto. La hall è fornita di comodi divanetti di fronte al bar e la sala colazioni è spaziosa ed efficiente. La nostra camera era grande e comoda. La cosa che mi è piaciuta di piu è stata l'assistenza della responsabile, la signora Laiza, che nonostante non fosse presente in quel periodo, dopo qualche giorno ha accolto positivamente la mia richiesta dimostrandosi molto comprensiva e collaborativa. "
