“La habitación muy limpia y las amenidades muy bien, la cama estuvo muy rica, descansamos muy a gusto, la habitación es chica pero si es funcional, lo unico que no nos gustó es que en el baño la regadera no tenía puerta o cortina y se salía el agua, pero fuera de ahí toda la atención que recibimos estuvo muy bien, recomiendo reservar ahí con ellos los tours son más económicos, muy agradecida por haber recibido un lindo detalle por mi cumpleaños. ”

“Ali House Patong was an excellent decision. The location was super convenient and you can tell the rooms have been recently renovated. Very clean, spacious and modern. Had a smart tv which was great. Ali was also an excellent host and went out of his way to accommodate and give me recommendations on where to go etc. The staff were also wonderful and very accomodating. “Everything wonderful, nice place and staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful and clean room and comfortable bed. There is also a cafe restaurant right nearby with owl, lions, monkey with a nice atmosphere where families can bring the kids to take pictures with the animals. 7 eleven nearby and a lot of street food stalls. Also very accessible if you plan to take the boat to see Phi Phi islands or other islands.”

“What a stay at Lanta L1 Resort. Loved it and didnt want to leave. Dutch looked after me from day one- answered all my questions, helped me hire a scooter and sort my transfers. "Vacanza meravigliosa in un resort da sogno! Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza semplicemente stupenda in questo resort eccellente. Tutto è stato perfetto sotto ogni aspetto. La pulizia è impeccabile: le camere erano pulitissime ogni giorno, curate nei minimi dettagli, con anche fiori freschi lasciati in camera. Lo stesso altissimo standard di pulizia si ritrova in tutto l’hotel, comprese le aree comuni, sempre ordinate e igienizzate. Il personale è estremamente gentile, disponibile e professionale, dalla reception a tutto lo staff dell’hotel. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Un gesto che ci ha davvero emozionati è stata la bellissima sorpresa preparata per il compleanno di mio marito: un’attenzione che fa la differenza. Il cibo è molto buono, vario e di qualità. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: fronte spiaggia, centralissima, a pochi passi dal centro e nel cuore della movida di Patong Beach, ma senza rinunciare al comfort. Un resort davvero eccellente, che consigliamo assolutamente. Speriamo di ritornarci al più presto!"

"La posizione con camera vista sull’oceano, tranquillo e subito raggiungibile il lungomare e con una passeggiata Patong Beach. Fantastico lo staff. Unica pecca la spiaggia dell’hotel entrando in mare molto pietroso. Servizio navetta disponibile solo per scendere e non per salire con tre corse tardo pomeriggio, poche. Ottima colazione. Resta una scelta consigliata."

"Only one llittle issue to mention. Twice we had troubles in getting our room cleaned. Cleaning staff works very hard, but they are obviously not enough. Our last night at the Hotel the cleaners came to clean the room at 5.10 pm, and we had to send them away , as we had spent the whole day on the beach and were tired and in need of rest.The problem lies not with the staff, but with whoever is managing the Hotel. For the price Marriott charge clients I would expect better organization."
