Serene DunNan Apartment with elevator– 3 Bedrooms/ 2 Bathrooms

Hi and welcome to Taipei! ❤️

You’ll be staying in a peaceful apartment right in the heart of the bustling city. This space features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living and dining area for you and your group to relax and gather.

📍The apartment is a 3-minute walk from Exit 7 of Zhongxiao Dunhua Station, placing you in one of Taipei’s liveliest districts. Here, you’ll find an incredible variety of food and shops. From day to night, there’s always something new to discover! 🤩

1. About the Apartment
This apartment is located on the second floor, and there is an elevator in the building for easy access. ⭕️

There are three bedrooms in total. Two of the rooms are furnished with double beds (155 x 210 cm), and the third room has a double bed (155 x 180 cm), making the layout comfortable for guests of different heights.

The apartment has two bathrooms. We provide ⭕️ bath towels, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer. However, ❌ disposable toiletries such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors are not provided.

⭕️ Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and the living room. Guests may also use the refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, and oven.

⭕️ A washer-dryer all-in-one machine is also available, making it convenient to dry clothes quickly in summer and worry-free in winter.

For stays of 7 nights or fewer, we provide one bath towel per person. For stays of more than 7 nights, we are happy to provide additional towels. ⭕️

2. Guest Access
The entire home is yours to enjoy, and I hope it provides you with the comfort of staying in your own space. However, ⛔️please refrain from making loud noises, as this is a very quiet residential area, and we ask that you keep the volume low to respect our neighbors.

Additionally, the house is stocked with various items to make your stay in Taiwan more convenient. ⛔️Please don’t take these items with you; we’d like to keep them available for future guests (such as charging cables, chargers, etc.).

During your stay in Taiwan, I’ll be your travel assistant! Feel free to reach out with any questions, and I’ll do my best to help you.

3. House Rules
⚠️ Please remove your shoes and wear indoor slippers upon entering the apartment.
⚠️ To maintain a peaceful environment, avoid loud conversations, and keep the volume low on devices like the TV when entering or leaving the apartment.
⚠️ If you have children with you, please ensure they don’t run inside the apartment, as this could disturb the neighbors.
⚠️ Smoking and chewing betel nut are strictly prohibited inside.
⚠️ Please keep the apartment in good condition. Any lost or damaged items will be charged at their replacement cost.
⚠️ For bookings of more than 4 guests, at least half of the group must be present at check-in.
⚠️ Parties and loud activities are not allowed. As we are in a residential area, noise disturbances may lead neighbors to contact the authorities directly.
⚠️ Overnight visitors are not allowed. Any unregistered overnight guests will incur a fee of NTD $1,000 per person.
⚠️ Gambling, drug use, and any illegal items or activities are strictly prohibited in the apartment. Any violations will be addressed through legal action.
