“The people at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The location is quite convenient, close to metro station and restaurants. The room was small but nice. There was no view at all (facing the wall of another building) but they informed this about that and offerend another room with the view on the Street. There is free water in the room and they offer refreshment and cookies in the afternoon.”

“Abbiamo passato cinque giorni in ambiente confortevole, anche se per i tassisti è stato molto difficile - carte alla mano- individuarne l'ubicazione. Chang Shun è una via piena di Hotel. Il personale è stato molto attento e gentile, anche se non sufficentemente preparati nell'inglese parlato. Toilette ampia e completa di ogni necessaire. Il breackfast è poco occidentale o forse troppo nipponico. In complesso merita un giudizio oltremodo positivo. Da segnalare, come fastidioso, l'odore penetrante...

“we arrived at the property to stay 3 nights and we had the unpleasant news that our reservation was canceled without receiving any cancellation email, the staff make us feel uncomfortable and did not give us any information or solution. we therefore decided to stay one night only. the room we were given did not correspond to the room description nor to the photos, the entrance was very bad and the room had some cracks on the ceiling.”

“フロントの方は日本語で対応してくださるので日本人にとっては安心感があります。荷物の受け取りなどいろいろとお手間をかけましたが、快くできる限りのことをしてくださいました。 設備の古さはやや否めませんが、シャワー（お風呂）のお湯は熱いのが大量に出るし、掃除が行き届いていて不快になることはありませんでした。強いて言えば窓が開けられないのと、そのせいでチェックイン直後のベッドが湿ってるくらい。 出張の際は余計なことでストレスを抱えたくないものですが、日本のビジネスホテルと同じ感覚で仕事に集中できました。 バス停が目の前にあり、慣れたツーリストにはそこも嬉しいポイント。また小さいながら夜市が近所にあり、出張の合間に旅行気分も味わえました。 総合して、また泊まりたいと思うホテルでした！”

"Very good hotel. Room very big , silence and clean as well as the bathroom . Nice sauna and swimmjng pool ( but only indoor ) . Very good breakfast ( you can have a complete meal ) but no much sweet food . Location excellent . Just in front of mtr station and always taxi out of the main entrance . Many restaurants and shops in the area including a 7/11 convinient store just beside . Very nice , professional and helpful hotel staff. "
