“Il Como Hotel di Phuket ha un'architettura moderna con arredamento colorato e confortevole in una posizione stupenda. Isolato ma con un panorama meraviglioso. Il personale è gentile e attento. Io e mia figlia di cinque anni abbiamo trascorso una piacevole settimana però non si tratta di un 5 stelle. I servizi sono buoni ma non eccellenti e la spiaggia staccata dalla struttura principale è piccola e non proprio ben tenuta. ”

“Only one llittle issue to mention. Twice we had troubles in getting our room cleaned. Cleaning staff works very hard, but they are obviously not enough. Our last night at the Hotel the cleaners came to clean the room at 5.10 pm, and we had to send them away , as we had spent the whole day on the beach and were tired and in need of rest.The problem lies not with the staff, but with whoever is managing the Hotel. For the price Marriott charge clients I would expect better organization.”
