Transport:
- The regular SIBRA 60 bus service, with a stop located near the flat (a 5-minute walk away), provides easy access to Annecy town centre (around 25 minutes) as well as the nearby beaches (5 minutes).
- Geneva International Airport is approximately 60 minutes’ drive away. Bus services and private shuttles also connect Geneva to Annecy. For greater convenience, we recommend using taxis or private hire services.
- If you choose to travel by car, please note that no parking space is included with the rental.

- Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited
- Hotel-quality (4/5-star) bed linen and towels are provided. The beds will be made upon your arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
