“Love this hotel its a family business. One of the bosses ask us want we would like to for breakfast, the next morning he had bagels delivered. My son loved the pool. Everything at this hotel was wonderful. Its clean with very friendly staff. If you travel to Alabama you wont be disappointed by staying at the Western hotel. Thank You to all the staff.”

“The room was musty & mildew smelling with mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. After putting our bags in the room went to get on elevator & it wouldn’t work so we had to use the stairs. I will not be staying at a Candlewood anymore!”

“What spa? This was destroyed from the storm. Room smelled. 25 wat bulb. See thru towels. no plug for the tub. Did not stay, please refund me, office was locked. lobby was a store room.”

“The staff went out of their way to make sure were were comfortable after having a night of the comode running and a lumpy bed. But the next night and following nights were very comfortable.”
