“Staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. Rooms are lovely - clean and spacious, perfect crisp sheets and soft towels! Pool is large enough for swimming whilst others are playing games. Good vegan choices - and chef was helpful in finding/recommending options. Convenient for the airport and Miri centre by Grab. ”

“Staff super nice and helpful, location is ideal in Miri, bed is comfortable. That said, the hotel shows his age and would need refurbishing urgently, especially the bathrooms. I was assigned a room that I did not like at first, but thankfully they were kind enough to give me a better looking one and it turned out to be quiet and comfortable. ”

“Borneo Tropical Rainforest Resort provided one of the highlights of my Sarawak stay. Breakfast and dinner were both included in my price, and both were incredibly tasty.
