The thing that impressed us most is the ability to WhatsApp directly for any things we needed, like more water or toilet paper. Everything was also brought up to us very promptly. “They make effort to keep it clean and service was excellent. Unfortunately, May be due to low take up rate, towel have yellow moulds, spider seen under bed shelves. Room has no window for light could be reason for musty smell when check in initially. Overall, decent to stay.”

“Overall I was satisfied on the location coz of the nearby golf courses. However having saying that I was disappointed early this morning at 6am I found my car tire was flat. There was a workshop just next & I hve it checked for leak. The mechanic aplied tire pressure & removed the wheels to check for leak. There was no evidence leak, I believe someone released the pressure. Last night I drove out for supper & parked in front of the hotel. ”

“Love the view of the river and the mall (mid valley south key). Problem is the traffic flow and why the double or triple humps on the road. Need to redesign the road to split between grab drivers and shoppers who are driving, and to split between the mall’s north southeast west entrance and the hotel.”
