“Venue is very convenient as mall is just right below. Check in and out is exc3llent and fast! Thumbs up for all st. Giles staff, including the security guards doing their duty duty to protect the customers staying in the hotel.”

“The hotel is very accessible to food and shopping, but the wifi in the room is really slow and unstable.”

“There was slight fragrance in the room. Not sure that is standard for all their rooms. The fragrance is a bit annoying as it's not the type of fragrance I like. Since it's only 1 night, I just endured it and didn't complaint or anything.”

“写真とは違います。まずわりと古いです。 冷蔵庫も薄汚れていたりしますが、 最初から期待しなければ、ベッドも広くて静かで、値段相応だと思います。”

“The gym was extraordinary”

“Fantastic location and comfortable stay! The location of this hotel is unbeatable—it’s right next to Komtar JBCC and City Square, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient, especially after crossing CIQ. The room was spotless, modern, and quiet with a very comfortable bed. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had a great spread with plenty of variety. Would definitely stay here again on my next...

“The staff were excellent, every single one made the stay”

“Excellent location near to KSL and street shops, restaurants. Overall a good stay experience.”

“I enjoyed my stay, but the one thing I didn’t particularly like was the restriction on visitors. I understand the need for rules and security, but having limitations on visitors can be inconvenient, especially when staying at a Homestay. I hope the management will consider a more flexible visitor policy to make the experience more comfortable and welcoming for guests.”

“Reception took 20 minutes to check us in and then told us the restaurant was closed. Woke me up by phone to demand we come down stairs to pay a tourist tax. The need a bit of a lesson in customer service.”

“Personale molto gentile, stanza ampia… peccato per un mega cacaraccio trovato in bagno . Mi sono lamentato, si sono offerti di cambiare stanza e mi hanno dato un buono colazione… un po’ poco per scusarsi a mio avviso. ”

“extremely value for money and location is very well placed for food, shopping and everything needed for a relaxing short trip. very happy with our stay and will stay again!”
