“Overall was good but the amenities in the room were lacking. Not sure if the staff forgot to topup or what but we only had 1 towel. We had to request for another towel, 2 face towel and 2 bathrobes (as we are planning to swim).
Another point was we booked a king bedroom and during check in the staff also mentioned kind bedroom but it turns out that the ‘king’ bed was 2 single bed combined together. ”

“1. Rooms are dirty and aged
2. Receptionist are not friendly and looks like they are not happy to work there.
3. Limited choices in the breakfast settings. Dining tables and chairs in the restaurant on level 2 are like canteens in factories
4. Power switches in the room falling apart.
5. Its stated that it's a 4 star hotel. But it's infact a 1 star.
Badly run down premise.
6. No security measures. Any one can just get into the rooms from lifts or stairs.
Its ashame that this hotel...

“The propery location was excellent just across to the mall. Very easy to take a break in the middle of shipping and then go back and resume the shopping exercise.
The hotel itself has a decent buffey breakfast, not much in terms of fanciy but it works.
The rooms were basic, a bit small but clean.
The Gym is outside in front. More of a excuse for a gym.
Carpark in the basement and outside is suitabley sized.
The room service is non existent. Not even advertised much.”
