“Room have moisture smell when check in”

“Check in and room service staff is good but property needs to be refurbished especially doors and grouts. Although lights & aircons are turned on before our arrival, staff still need to check if the aircon, tvs are working well before every check in. Cleanliness can be improved. Dish soap was given the used ones - I saw dirt and food crumbs in it. Perhaps can change to the liquid one. We had dead cockoaches lying around the house. Dining tables and chairs in the restaurant on level 2 are like canteens in factories 4. Power switches in the room falling apart. 5. Its stated that it's a 4 star hotel. But it's infact a 1 star.
