Casita + Studio across the street from the beach

Welcome to beach walk! This beautiful and unique property is located right across the beach of Langosta. Beautiful sunsets and very quiet neighborhood just outside hustle bustle of Tamarindo.

The property consists of a 2 Bedroom casita which is fully equipped with kitchenette, 1 full bathroom, living room, desk with chair, master bedroom with king bed and full size closet and a smaller bedroom with a twin bed. Right next door you will find the studio door with a full kitchen, 1 bathroom.

It comes with a kitchenette, including a small stove & fridge, microwave, and toaster. The living space provides a comfortable sitting area with a TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a large closet and space for storage. The second bedroom has a twin size bed.
The villa has a small patio and outdoor table and chairs, perfect for hanging out and enjoying the warm climate. Often, guests can find howler monkeys hanging out in the trees by the villa!
The studio has a big king bed, desk and chair, closet, full bathroom and a full kitchen.

*Please note there is not laundry available on the property. In case you need to wash clothes, we can recommend a local wash and fold service. Also the casita is a small size.

The property has 1 reserved parking space. Recently the road to Playa Langosta has been paved , making access to town very quick via bike, golf cart or walking (15min).

We let our clients decide if they want self check in and texting interaction or having someone meeting them on site

Langosta is a very quiet neighborhood located only 15 min walk from down town tamarindo.
There are a few great restaurants around the corner and a super market in case you need groceries.

It is super easy to get around walking, golf cart, car or bikes.

About one block there are bike rentals!
QUICK‑START INSIDE
• Tap water is safe to drink. One 5‑gal dispenser bottle provided; refills are on you.
• Wi‑Fi: network & password are on the router (next to the TV).
• A/C: keep at 24 °C / 75 °F. Turn off if you’ll be out > 1 h and keep doors/windows closed.
• TV: two remotes (TV + Smart Box on HDMI). Log out of personal streaming apps at check‑out.
• Laundry: load ≥ 8 kg and rinse sand off first; use beach towels (not bath towels) for the beach.
HOUSE REMINDERS
• Power/water/internet flickers up to 5 min are normal; call if any service is out > 1 h.
• Ants & the occasional (non‑poisonous) scorpion are common in the tropics.
• Quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM — absolutely no parties; fines or eviction may apply.
• Lock doors/windows and don’t leave valuables in cars.
• Construction noise is possible during the day; message us if loud work continues after hours.
• Trash bin is in the parking area; collection Mon / Wed / Sat.
• Tipping: 10 % is already included at most venues; extra is appreciated. Feel free to tip cleaning staff directly.
CHECK‑OUT (10 AM)
1. Turn A/C OFF, fans to LOW.
2. Wash dishes & tidy surfaces.
3. Bag all trash and place it in the parking‑lot bin.
4. Leave the gate remote on the console table and lock the door (1370 + arrow).
5. Extra‑dirty check‑outs may incur an additional cleaning fee.
