Questa è veramente una proprietà fronte oceano situata nella migliore posizione possibile e l'edificio più bello della zona. Composto da 3 camere da letto complete più 3 bagni completi, cucina gourmet, ampia zona soggiorno, grande piscina con grande vasca idromassaggio, parcheggio sotterraneo, pavimenti in pietra naturale, finiture di pregio, lenzuola e materassi di lusso, barbecue Weber Genesis inossidabile sul balcone con vista sull'oceano e Di Più. Non c'è niente di meglio di così.

Inoltre forniamo un servizio di pulizia per la casa a giorni alterni durante il vostro soggiorno. Il gestore della proprietà ti controllerà personalmente nel condominio e ti aiuterà a familiarizzare con la zona fornendo al contempo un servizio di portineria in corso per il tuo gruppo come desideri.

A pochi passi da numerosi bar e ristoranti di Playa Langosta e 10-15 minuti a piedi dalla città di Tamarindo (o 2 minuti in auto) vi offriranno molte opzioni. La zona è ricca di negozi di alimentari (grandi e piccoli) e possiamo persino coordinare la spesa da consegnare a casa prima del tuo arrivo.

The condo was stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was quiet and felt safe. The only issue we had was that the beds are very firm and we wished we had comforters or extra blankets. The beach is beautiful but it is very rocky.

Amazing stay!!

Had an amazing 5 night stay in this wonderful house. The house was absolutely perfect, well equipped, with plenty of room for the 4 of us. The view from the balcony was nothing short of amazing. The property was great in every way. Loved the convenience of the assigned underground parking. Would absolutely stay again!!!!

On the beach in Tamarindo

We stayed in this beautiful, well appointed condo fo 4 weeks located right on Langosta beach within walking distance of Tamarindo. It was a great experience and family and friends really enjoyed spending time with my wife and I. We had a rental car so we were also able to see other areas when we wanted. Highly recommend it!

Luxurious Condo, Great Location

Love this area, just far away from the busy town but close enough to walk to. Beautiful beach and very nice accommodations. Only one negative was furniture in family room had a "not-so fresh" smell which was overwhelming.

Beautiful Condio

Great ocean front location. Sunsets were amazing. The his trip we actually saw a monkey walking on the pool wall. Beautiful property and we will definitely be back soon.

Spacious

We really enjoyed the space to more about. The condo rooms were large with plenty of storage. Having a washer and dryer on site is a bonus. The security guards were helpful and prompt. I was disappointed with the beach it was rockier than expected, and the view of the beach was blocked by the trees.

Quite happy that this was a quiet place away from the bustle of Tamarindo itself, yet easy to walk into town.

The pictures don't do it justice

This condo was truly amazing. I rarely say that a place looks better in real life than the pictures posted. The balcony view of the ocean is breathtaking, and the condo is huge. There were 5 of us but this condo can comfortably sleep 8 (in beds). Washer and dryer were a huge bonus for me, especially being near the beach. There were plenty of extra linens. Concierge was very responsive when I had questions. The property is gated and we felt very safe the entire time. Two pieces of constructive criticism, because no place is perfect :) The parking (under the building) is very tight. We had a rental SUV and it was a challenge getting it in and out of the very small spot, but not impossible. A small car would be no problem. There are quite a few crabs (sand crabs?) in the condo. We found 3-4 a day throughout our stay. I did ask building management and they said this was "part of the beauty of Costa Rica". We would have preferred if that beauty stayed outside the condo. I'm not sure if there is anything that can be done about this, but I just think they should make you aware in advance since there are so many.

Incredible Stay

The view is out of this world. My family, fiance and I stayed here for a few days and could not have been happier with the property. Every room is larger than you'd expect and the balcony provides a perfect view of the sunset over the ocean every evening.
