Luxury Oasis Retreat with 4 Pools and King Bed

Relax at Oasis Retreat, your base for exploring Guanacaste by car. This entire condo at The Oaks sleeps up to 6 guests, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a king bed, a well-equipped kitchen, beach gear and 4 shared pools. Enjoy an indoor bathroom jetted tub, air conditioning, laundry, 2 covered parking spaces and self check-in. Explore Tamarindo, Langosta, Avellanas, Conchal, Grande, Flamingo, Minas and Danta. A vehicle is recommended.

THE SPACE
The Oaks is a residential complex with 24/7 security and gardens. The main bedroom has a king bed and 58-inch TV; the second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a 58-inch TV. The living room has 2 single sofa beds by Altea, a leather sofa and a 70-inch TV. The dining table seats 6. One bathroom is ensuite to the main bedroom; the other is accessed from the hallway.

The kitchen includes an LG InstaView Door-in-Door refrigerator, Samsung electric stove and extractor microwave, dishwasher, Cuisinart drip coffee maker, Cuisinart rice cooker, Cuisinart multicooker, electric kettle and Calphalon self-sharpening knives. The kitchen sink has a garbage disposal, not a trash compactor. Coffee, black and chamomile tea, sugar, stevia, vegetable oil, salt and some spices are provided.

Both showers have grab bars and handheld showerheads. The second bathroom has a wooden shower bench; the main bathroom has a jetted bathtub. This is not an outdoor hot tub or a private swimming pool. These features do not mean the entire property is accessible.

Netflix, Disney+, cable, a 42-inch kitchen TV, air conditioning and ceiling fans are included. Measured Wi-Fi speed is 200 Mbps on a 300 Mbps internet plan; actual speeds may vary. There is a washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, liquid laundry detergent, dish soap and dishwasher detergent.

The main bedroom balcony has seating. The second bedroom balcony is unfurnished. There are 6 beach chairs. Beach gear is stored at the end of the breakfast bar, below the kitchen TV; consult the manual for the beach towels and cooler.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have exclusive use of the condo and access to 4 shared pools: 1 saltwater lap pool and 3 chlorinated pools (2 family pools and 1 children's pool). Loungers are available at all four pools. There are 2 shared ranchos with gas grills and dining areas, one beside each family pool. The outdoor dining area refers to these shared ranchos, not a private outdoor dining table at the condo. Contact us through Vrbo messaging so we can reserve the BBQ area. Pools and ranchos are open 7 a.m.–10 p.m. daily.

Outdoor exercise machines have no set opening hours. Two covered parking spaces are available on a first-come basis, not numbered or assigned. Security checks the registered guest's name and the total guest count. Self check-in uses a smart lock. Check-in is from 3 p.m.; checkout is before 11 a.m.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The condo is on the second floor and is not beachfront. A vehicle is recommended for visiting the area's beaches. Check current navigation for each journey; routes, access and traffic affect travel times. Pools and ranchos are shared.

Everything inside the condo is electric, including the stove, tankless water heater and dryer. There is no smoke detector or carbon monoxide detector, no indoor or outdoor cameras and no heating.
