Tamarindo 2BR Apt Comfy Business & Pool

Green Villas is situated at 10 minutes walking to town and 15 to Tamarindo or Langosta beach.

This apartment has 2 bedrooms, sofa-bed in living room w/AC, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, private terrace, towels, WiFi, parking and a gorgeous pool.

It’s a private and quiet area with 8 complex apartments that share a beautiful large common pool, gazebo and BBQ area

Also, is close to supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, souvenirs and among others, at the same time we are far from the noise.

The apartment has two bedrooms with queen size beds and full sofa bed in the living room, for a maximum of 5 people, the apartment with AC, hot water, WIFI, cable TV, towels, this makes them perfect for friends traveling together or small families.

The apartment is fully equipped; the kitchen has everything you need to cook. (microwave, full size fridge, toaster, coffee maker, stove with oven, utensils, pots and pans, plus drinks and dinnerware).

It has a private garden to relax, furnished terrace with fan.

You will have a safe stay since we have security guard all night.

The guests can access to this things:

- BBQ area.
- Gazebo with Moderate Size Gas Grill and eating area for six.
- Pool.
- Outside shower for use before use the pool.
- Toilet in the common area.

-Wifi all place.
-Beach towels.

Ps: to use the Gazebo, the BBQ Ranch, the baby chair and the crib, availability must be checked in advance and reserved.

The necessary for our customers to feel at home, so we are available anytime if the guests need us through text message, Airbnb app, call, email or directly with the staff (Jessica and Fernando), they will be glad to assist you.

We are located in from of Police Station.

Green Village is at 10 minutes from: Bakeries, Gym, kids garden, restaurants, Shop for rent a bike, Super Market, Pharmacy, ATM, groceries store.

We are 10 or 15 minutes to the: Tamarindo Beach, and Langosta Beach.

The neighborhood is Quiet, safe and surrounded with many natures.
We love the neighborhood because we are near to the beach but away from the noise city.

Not paved street.

For your convenience we recommend arriving by private transportation or vehicle, we offer free parking for our guests.

We are about 600 meters from the town of Tamarindo, so you can walk or take a taxi, since the road is not paved and the weather is hot.

On the way you can find a sign for the Green Villas hotel.

Del centro de Tamarindo estamos a unos 600 metros, por lo cual puede caminar o tomar un taxi, ya que la carretera no está pavimentada y el clima es caliente.

1 -We keep the noise level to a minimum after 10:00pm.
We Forbidden to have parties and events during your stay.

2 - Each apartment has a maximum established occupancy (5 people) so we do not allow extra clients or visitors in the pool area, for your own comfort.

3- We offer this product but at the first entrance only: toilet paper, soap dishes, pepper, salt, sugar, coffee, shower gel & paper towels.

General House Rules

1 - Please, when you are going to be out of the apartment for a long time, we ask you to turn off the lights and the air conditioning.

2 - It is forbidden to have parties and events in this house. Please keep the noise level to a minimum after 10:00pm.

3 - We do not accept extra guests not listed in the booking. There is an extra fee per person.

4 - For your privacy, we do not accept people who are not our guests in the Garden areas, pool area and houses.

Use of the swimming pool and area Rules

1 - Its forbidden to use glass bottles/glassware near the pool or inside it. The use of glassware is dangerous because it can break and cause injury.

2 - Please make sure to shower before entering the pool. (There is an outdoor shower by the pool)

3 - Please do not enter the pool with sunscreen, sand and any other type of skin products.

4 - Prohibited to eat in the pool or right next the pool area. Eating in the Gazebo outdoor kitchen area is prefered.

5 - The children must be supervised by an adult (16+) at all times.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
Green Villas accepts no responsibilities for the care of children or in the event of an accident from irresponsibility of the rules and supervision of your group.

CAUTION - NO Children showing off and playing rough. Please explain the dangers of running and diving recklessly in the resort area.

NO DIVING OR SLIDING ALLOWED.

THE POOL IS NOT DEEP ENOUGH FOR DIVING SAFELY

6 - Please respect to not use the pool when it is in maintenance.

NOTE: The pool is cleaned daily at 7 am, if you make use of it before 7 am, we apologize if you find it dirty with many leaves.

7 - The use of the pool is during the day and until 10:00pm. There will be lights at night until that time.

8 - Please do not play music or any type of sound in the pool area. We do our best for all of our guests to have a relaxing experience during their vacation.

For your convenience, there is a bathroom and toilet in the pool area. Please Use as it will help keep the pool and area clean.

TOWELS:

The colored towels are for use at the pool or on the beach.
The white towels are to be used exclusively inside the apartment.

If you lose, damage or take a towel, we will be charged as follows
Beach Towels - $20 USD each
Bathroom Towels - $25 USD each
100% cotton linen blankets - $150 USD each
Other 50% cotton blankets - $60 USD each
