Relax and unwind at this luxury private cottage set in the heart of the Tamborine Mountains. Escape to The Gamekeepers cottage where you will find a home away from home. The perfect place to discover tranquility and adventure. The property features a king-sized bed, air conditioning throughout, a double spa bath, kitchenette and a large deck out front with a BBQ and couch. In the lounge room is a 52 inch smart TV with Netflix and Spotify to name a few. Wifi is also available at the cottage. Cozy up by the fireplace or unwind and pamper yourself in the comfort of the twin sized spa bath. Just down the road is Witchers falls winery which offers a unique and authentic wine tasting experience. Located just over the road from the cottage is Hang gliders lookout - one ot the most well known attractions on the Tamborine Mountain. It's a perfect spot to watch the sun go down. The Glow worm caves are also a short trip down the road where you will see one of the largest colonies in the world and witness thousands of glow worms. The Tamborine Mountain is packed full of great restaurants and cafes to explore. For the ultimate relaxation experience, The Gamekeepers cottage on the mountain is something special. Perfect cottage style escape. Beautiful interior with lots of thoughtful touches. Great fire place and tub. Would definitely recommend to any one looking for a relaxing getaway.

Beautiful Cozy Cottage

We had a very relaxing getaway weekend. The cottage is beautifully decorated with antiques, which made us feel as if we had stepped back in time a hundred years. Despite the vintage charm, the cottage is well equipped with all the modern amenities (TV, soundbar, microwave, etc.) and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable on many levels.We loved the beautiful fireplace, but we also enjoyed the reverse cycle split system. We loved the jetted spa bathtub which was perfect for relaxating. The cottage is part of a village-like setting with five more cottages, plus a replica castle that can also be rented for accommodation, all surrounded by beautiful gardens. We will definitely be back.

A wonderful hideaway cottage

We had a fantastic stay at the Gamekeeper’s Lodge. It was beautifully set out with lots of whimsical touches in every corner. Very comfortable bed and we loved the fireplace which had timber ready to light. Very good quality Aeosop bath products which created a feel of luxury. Convenient location to The Polish Place and not far from the IGA. Mark was very patient and helpful. Thanks for your hospitality. Loved the surrounding garden and Guinea fowl.

We love the caretaker cottage. It has everything you want. A step up into ensuite can be an issue. Also a lip in the bedroom doorway can be tricky if one is not paying attention.

Property was relatively secluded, with some other interesting and unusual cottages nearby but more importantly it was surrounded by beautiful lush subtropical rainforest gardens.

A Tranquil Stay at Tamborine Mountain

Peace and relaxation in a natural setting. We had a wonderful time. Our Hosts Mark and Linda had everything prepared for us and all the thoughtful touches made it extra special. Would highly recommend this amazing place.

Mt Tamborine magic.

This cozy cottage was a beautiful haven. We had such a wonderful stay & would love to return for longer. Super clean, comfy bed / furniture and the extra touches like bird feed and set fireplace was great! It felt like a home. Mark was a wonderful welcoming host and immediately responded so any query. Rain forrest retreat

The cottage is in a beautiful location, very private and incredibly quiet. The bath salts were a relaxing touch. A wonderful place to unwind and enjoy the ambience.

Very cosy

Very cosy stay, easy to find. Only little disappointed is when water coming out in bath turn to yellow - brownish which I’m more concerned as I have kidney transplant but that’s ok.
