“Checked in late … for first time , I was at risk of losing room because of hotel message telling me I had to check in by 6:30pm While in transit I messaged property , told them I was landing 8:30 Upon arrival they knew nothing of it ”

“One of my favorite hotels. It’s so convenient for early morning flights. The staff is so friendly. The hotel rooms are updated and clean. Good food at the restaurant as well.”

“Requesting the airport shuttle was seamless, and they arrived promptly for pickup. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, always willing and eager to answer any questions I had and ensure a pleasant stay.”

“Had a medical emergency with one of the family members in the hospital stayed two nights wanted to get my third night back. They said I could not. I will never ever use. Expedia and I will always tell friends and relatives never to use them. That is horrible. Going to tell everyone how horrible Expedia is.”

“Got to the room pulled back the blankets of sheets were dirty to floor had not been swept there's black mold in the creases of the tub the water smells horrible not drinkable. At staff member for clean sheets he gave me one that was stained up and nasty. Could not use the pool during the entire stay because he didn't clean it till the day I left so for three days the pool had bark leaves and other items in it”

“Only thing I seen is there was no clock in room.. like no clock radio, no alarm. The microwave displayed time but it was by bathroom and couldn't see it from bed. Thank goodness I have a cell phone to set alarm at 330AM. My mom doesn't have a cell phone. Room was very clean, Carpet was clean as well as bathroom. But.... no restaurants around and desk couldn't tell us where to go to find what we wanted which was taco bell.”

“It is on a great location and price. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of options. The property itself is starting to age a bit. Our room was a little musty. ”

“The breakfast was disappointing! I paid but they couldn’t find my name so I had to get the run around before being added. You could only select from two options and could only get a small coffee or drink. Definitely opposite to what I expected. ”
