Venite ad approfittare del nostro prezzo speciale introduttivo mentre l'intero edificio sta ottenendo un lifting del viso. L'edificio ha 10 appartamenti e stiamo andando e rimodellando ognuno di loro per renderli in affitti arredati.

L'appartamento 6 ha appena finito di essere ristrutturato ed è al secondo piano. Venite a godere di questo elegante appartamento con tutto nuovo, tra cui una cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inox e piani in granito. L'appartamento è completamente arredato 1 camera da letto, 1 bagno con lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità nonché TV brandnew con cavo e c'è anche WIFI. Il cortile è stato recentemente trasformato in un ospite sicuro con accesso solo con porte codificate ad ogni entrata dal parcheggio e dalla strada.
Abbiamo cercato di pensare ad ogni amenità per rendere questa vostra casa lontana da casa.

La posizione è ideale per tutto ciò che si trova a Tampa, a 10 minuti dal centro di Tampa, dal centro congressi, da Raymond James e dall'Amalie Arena. La nostra posizione conveniente per I275 vi porterà velocemente ovunque a Tampa che devi essere. A 15 minuti in auto potrete raggiungere l'aeroporto di Tampa, USF, Moffitt Cancer Center e Busch Gardens. Le spiagge bellissime della Costa del Golfo sono facilmente raggiungibili in 45 minuti.
I quartieri di Tampa Heights e Seminole Heights hanno vissuto una rinascita negli ultimi 5 anni e sono diventati sede di alcuni dei ristoranti, bar e birrerie più alla moda di Tampa.
Puoi "gridare" le altezze di Seminole a Tampa per avere un'idea della sensazione del quartiere e penso che questa recensione la riassuma piuttosto bene ... "è il perfetto equilibrio tra grinta e creatività. Mentre parliamo, questo quartiere storico è in pieno risveglio. Si sta trasformando da "è stato" nel "adesso" ..... " C'è ancora un po 'di grinta in Seminole Heights mentre attraversa questo risveglio, se non è quello che pensi, allora potrebbe non piacerti il ​​vicinato.

In a jam after losing home to hurricane

I rented this for my brother and his friend after hurricanes Helene and Milton. Lauren, the owner was quick to answer my questions, compensate us when the cable/internet was not working and granted a three-day extension to his check-out date, after a month-long stay. Thanks, for a safe place for my brother to rest!

Mix up made right

Nice property, but the neighborhood is slowly catching up. There was a double booking, but the property manager made it right once it was brought to their attention. Liked the courtyard and that it was secure entering the unit! Thank you and look forward to seeing the neighborhood expand and improve.

Great apartment for the price beautiful paintings all over the walls of the buildings, plants and flowers all nicely situated around the grounds . located close to downtown and the zoo many parks . apartment was very clean and everything works great.

Just as described

Suggestions to improve

The mattress was very uncomfortable & tossed& turned all night. We both woke up with painful backs every day. We also woke up early everyday because of the bright light coming in through the window- room darkening shades would help. Sleep was also difficult because of the noisy ceiling fan & air conditioner, but if we didn’t have those running, then we woke up b/c it was so hot. Plus, on the initial reservation, it would not let me continue w/o having to choose the extra payment for property protection. I was forced to choose it even though I didn’t want it, & then I included a note requesting for that protection to be removed, but I haven’t heard back from anyone about that. I am worried that we we’re charged extra for that when we don’t/didn’t want it.

Cute apartment in central location

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. It was clean and had more utensils and supplies than many provide. The location on a busy street meant considerable traffic during the day and some emergency vehicle sirens. The bed was comfortable. We would recommend this apartment if you don’t mind inner city noise.

Cute, clean & convenient

This apartment was very cute and cozy. We stayed here while we moved my daughter into the Univ. Of Tampa and it was so close to the school, downtown and shopping. Probably better suited for just 2 people but my daughter was fine on futon couch for the few days she was with us. It was also only a short drive to Universal studios as we were close to the highway. Only thing I would suggest is a new mattress for the bed, very squeaky. Otherwise highly recommend.

Modern, well-maintained and affordable

Nicely decorated unit with new furniture and a full kitchen. I stayed here with my kids for a week and loved it. A kitchen full of dishes and pots/pans made it easy to avoid eating out every day. Unit also has its own washer and dryer and 2 TVs, which have cable channels but are not “smart” (no way to access streaming services like Netflix). The inside AC unit was very loud, but the apartment was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay again.

A Great Location Close to Downtown Tampa

The apartment was as advertised being well decorated and equipped as described. Our stay lasted three weeks and after a shaky start we managed to enjoy the apartment for the rest of our stay. The first night we encountered the constant off and on loud vibrating noise from two Air Conditioning Units for other units located right outside the bedroom window. After some negotiation with the Landlord we managed to get agreement to move the bed into the living room and the fluton in the living room into the bedroom. While perhaps a little unorthodox that arrangement actually worked reasonably well for the rest of our stay. The owner suggested we were the first to lodge a complaint about this issue but until the noise from the AC units is resolved, if indeed it can be, future renters should be aware that it exists. Another item of concern was the off again on again wifi specifically for the first week of our stay. While the wifi seemed to be a little unstable, the owner was very helpful in trying to solve the problem. After a number of tries and several reboots we decided to remove the outside cover from the wifi unit. We are not sure if that helped but it worked well for the rest of our stay. One thing which others mentioned was the absence of a dresser which would be a great addition particularly for those staying longer than a couple of nights.

Nice apartment

I stayed here while attending a conference at the Convention Center. It was a great location with comfortable arrangments. I didn't have a car and it wasn't always easy for the Uber driver to find it, but it was manageable. It worked well for what I needed.
