-Got laundry? There's a full-size washer and dryer. Detergent is on me!

Melt your worries away at this luxurious townhouse. Many essentials are provided, such as hotel style towels, freshly cleaned sheets on the beds, hair dryer, iron, closet space for use, and much more.

*****There is one camera on premises. It is located in the stairwell facing the front door and is there for both of our security. Please note that additional charges will be billed to you for any undisclosed guests who stay.*******

There is one closet that is zip-tied shut, which is the only restricted area.

Location
Approximately 1 mile from fun, hip Ybor City and all of its terrific bars and restaurants.

The surrounding area is somewhat industrial and contains lower income housing, but the neighborhood is very quiet.


Getting around
Bring your car and enjoy an oversized garage with access to your own garage door opener during your stay. Also, Uber and Lyft drivers are plentiful in the area and can arrive quickly to whisk you away to your destination.

Amazing and perfect for 2 couples and our Tampa getaway. Comfortable beds, very clean, attentive host, large bathrooms, lovely and simple decor, super easy access to major interstate and highway exchange. Highly recommend.

Our stay was very pleasant. Close proximity to all activities and restaurants. The property is spacious, clean, (everything a home needs is included) and having a garage was a bonus. Derrick was easy to contact and helpful with recommendations!

Great Space

The host was very attentive, the place was clean and had everything you’d expect it to have and far more (2 car garage with garage door openers, washer and dryer, dishwasher, etc). I highly recommend this place and I would stay there again whenever I was in the Tampa area.

Truly cozy and spacious

Loved staying here! There was more than enough room and the host was very thoughtful - included darker towels for make up! He gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and activities and was super responsive throughout the stay! Location was also very accessible to the Tampa convention center and downtown area. 100% recommend

RENTER BEWARE!!!

I was already aware of the unsavory neighborhood in which this property was located, but according to the picture in the listing, the property would have made up for the surroundings. This property is NOT IN THE CONDITION AS PICTURED.Many issues:- The outside is rather dilapidated.- The knob to the front door isn't securely attached. - The door lock does not work properly. Entered the property a total of 2 times, had to call the host both times.- Damage to walls in all rooms. Some patched and unpainted, some not. - Closet doors not functional- one not even attached- Wires hanging from wall in first floor- Vents disgusting and visibly not cleaned in several years- Trash not emptied and tables not wiped prior to our stay- One bathroom looks like it has extensive water damage- Host communication AWFUL before and during rental period (waited for FOUR HOURS for him to respond and unlock door)We did not end up staying in this property as the condition did not match what was pictured and the condition of the front door made us feel unsafe.0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Not what expected

This is a great place to stay if you have zero expectations of what the pictures show. This seemed like a half way house converted into a VRBO. Most of the rooms were dirty and the beds were worse than a hostile in Europe. The fact that you MUST take your shoes off to enter is nonsense considering the moisture issue throughout the unit was way worse than what I stepped in before I entered the unit. Parking was only in the garage which was almost impossible due to the neighbors and also if you drive anything bigger than a Mini. The price describes what you are getting.

Convention Convenience

We chose the location due to the proximity to downtown and we’re not disappointed. 10 minutes at the most to everything. The condo was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Stairs are steep for a handicapped person but made it ok. Had storms every day which made the WiFi spotty at times but that’s Florida. Host even opened the garage doors when we got there during a downpour so we didn’t get soaked. Would definitely stay again.

Misrepresented

We had family emergency. Couldn’t get a hold of owner. Tried from 1:00 pm on. Didn’t get any response till 4:20. Check in was supposed to be 4pm. Drove by house on way to airport and the front of the house looked way different from the back which is what the picture of house was. Neighborhood left a lot to be desired. Houses surrounding the vrbo house were in very pooor condition. Wasn’t a good neighborhood. Definitely felt unsafe. Informed owner of problem. Never heard from him until 10:30 pm. After that kept getting computer generated messages with instructions. Informed owner we never entered home and the messages didn’t apply to us. Kept getting the messages. Was very disappointed

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I've stayed to many VRBO type properties over the past years, and I must say that this was my worst experience, thus far!! I am a senior citizen and retired Gov't employee who has done a substantial amount of personal and business travel, and this is the first time that I've ever submitted a negative review for anywhere I've lodged. First off, when searching for places to stay, I always look to see if there are stairs. I have severe knee issues, and as such, I have a very hard time navigating stairs. In the listing for this property, the host doesn't disclose (in the 31 photos or written description) that there are stairs (19 steps to be precise). There is a sitting room downstairs with no bath or bedroom, so I had to climb the stairs. We only found out there were stairs when we were allowed access to the property. I feel totally deceived because by the time we realized there were stairs it was too late to cancel, and we had no place else to go. Secondly, when I reserved and paid for the property. I received an email from the host stating that the check-in time was at 4:00 pm, and that he would provide the access code by 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. I heard nothing from the host until 4:44 pm on the day of our arrival. He didn't apologize or offer any explanation in his email containing the code. The lengthy email was a list of rules that included, "No Shoes Inside Home", I've had 2 surgeries on my feet and I can't walk bare feet. .

Rwally nice townhouse close to Ybor

Really nice 2BR townhouse! Hardwood floors, large showers and full fledged electronics and kitchen. The townhouse also had a garage which made parking easy. The host was very hands on and communicated with me the entire time.

Very nice 2/2, worked out perfect!!

We were in town for a wedding and needed somewhere close to the venue. This was about 3 miles from the venue on Davis Island. Got to meet the owner at there was a last minute WiFi issue that happened before we checked in. He was a very nice guy and made sure the Internet was up and running for us before he left. Would definitely use it again if we were staying on the area on the future

Convenient location

We stayed here and went to a concert at Raymond James. It was very easy to access the Channelside area and the stadium.
