Sleeping Arrangements

Four queen bedrooms each open onto its own full bathroom, giving every guest privacy and comfort. The queen beds provide ample space for a restful night, and the layout ensures the whole family can spread out without crowding.



Living Space

The first‑floor unit features a large living area that comfortably seats the entire family. A small patio off the living room offers outdoor seating for two, perfect for morning coffee or an evening breeze.



Kitchen & Dining

A full kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare simple meals, from cookware to basic utensils. The adjacent breakfast nook and dining space create a relaxed setting for casual breakfasts or family dinners.



Community Amenities

Guests enjoy exclusive access to a gated community that includes a clubhouse, lounge, fitness center, basketball court, walking and biking trails, and a grill area. The community pool provides a refreshing spot for a swim, and a nearby gym offers additional workout options. Security guards at the entrance add an extra layer of peace of mind.

Conveniently located in Lutz, the unit is a short drive from several highlights: the University of South Florida (5 minutes, 2.2 mi), MOSI (8 minutes, 4.2 mi), Busch Gardens Tampa (11 minutes, 4.5 mi), Takomah Trail Park (10 minutes, 5.1 mi), and Lettuce Lake Park (13 minutes, 5.9 mi). This makes it easy to explore cultural sites, theme parks, and natural trails.

Three visitor parking spots are available on a first‑come‑first‑serve basis, clearly labeled “Visitor.” You will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and all community amenities for the duration of your stay.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (maximum $150 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not oversee their operation, cleaning schedule, availability, or maintenance. Access to these amenities is subject to the community’s own cleaning, upkeep, and operational hours, and they may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or other factors outside of our responsibility.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
