Enjoy your stay at my charming two-bedroom bungalow! From the bungalow, you'll be in walking distance to Seminole Heights' endless entertainment options. Indulge in gourmet dining, down-to-earth cafes, breweries/distilleries, live music, and more. This location provides easy access to all of Tampa's hottest attractions. Within 5 to 15 minutes, you can find yourself at Armature Works, Busch Gardens, Tampa Zoo, Downtown, Riverwalk, Amalie Arena, and Raymond James Stadium.

Built in 1920, this historic craftsman style bungalow is a true gem! As you approach the home, you'll be greeted by its charming exterior and its large front porch, a perfect spot for morning coffees and evening drinks, all while taking in the beautiful Florida weather.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and two cozy bedrooms. The bungalow is garnished with decorative curved archways, original doors, hardwood, and a functioning fireplace, all adding to the bungalows character and warmth. Over the years, the bungalow has been updated to provide modern functionality and conveniences, while retaining its old-world character.

Located in the historic Old Seminole Heights neighborhood, this bungalow is just a short walk from local shops and restaurants and surrounded by tree-lined streets. Host was very communicative! House was darling with such cute finishes. Neighborhood was quiet and charming. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. Beds were comfy, especially nice since we were in town for a race. Would stay here again!

Both the house and neighborhood are absolutely lovely.We were dropping our daughter off for her freshman semester at UTampa. Staying at Brendan's was so calming and really helped us through a stressful situation.The house is charming. He has everything you need to feel at home. Walking distance to the cute town and a 10 minute drive to just about everything.Brendan was very accommodating and we couldn't be more grateful.We hope to stay on our next visit!

Our stay was convenient to everything we wanted to do in the Tampa area. There are some cute places nearby within walking distance and the parking in the neighborhood was extremely was. Brendan was very communicative and helpful!

We enjoyed our stay in Tampa at Brendan’s bungalow! It was an older, quiet neighborhood, yet very close to such attractions as Zoo Tampa and Busch Gardens. The bungalow, built in 1920, was the perfect size for my husband and me and our small dog. We were able to see the sights and come back to a clean, cozy and comfortable home to rest before the next day’s activities. The upgrades to this older home were very well done and still kept with the character of the home. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

We were there for easy access to Tampa General, my husband said the drive back and forth was very easy. The house itself was very clean and cozy. Very quiet neighborhood. When I walked in the house presented itself as I had pictured from the photos.

Comfortable Stay

The house was very clean and managed. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms had everything you’d need as well as a washer and dryer out back. The check in/out process was simple and flexible and the property manager was very responsive to any questions about anything. The location is great being about 20 minutes from anywhere in Tampa and 40 minutes from the gulf coast of St. Petersburg.

The bungalow lived up to all of the descriptions! Very bright and cheery. Well appointed kitchen. Lovely neighborhood with many folks out and about enjoying the beautiful Tampa weather. In town to visit family who live nearby. We will definitely be back!

Cutest Bungalow

Our stay here was amazing! The house was perfect for me, my husband, and our dogs. We stayed for about a week and highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Tampa. The house had amazing amenities and little touches (coffee, plenty of towels, laundry, etc.) and it was super clean (which is my #1 requirement for a stay). The neighborhood is very cute and walkable, and it only took us 15 minutes to get to downtown Tampa. We loved our stay here and will stay again next time we are in town!

Made the right choice.

Very clean. Located in a safe quiet and established neighborhood. Enjoyed walking the neighborhood and admiring the charming homes. Took advantage of the coffee bar provided by the owner with a wide assortment of coffee. Enjoyed playing dominoes on the wraparound porch. Would gladly recommend to family and friends.

Cute, comfortable bungalow conveniently located in the historic area of Old Seminole, only 15-20 minutes to get to anything & everything Tampa. Place is quiet, well decorated, comfortable furniture & beds, with up-to-date appliances, free & easy access to internet, cable, etc. Front porch makes a great place to have a quiet cup of coffee & enjoy the ambience of the quaint neighborhood with cobblestone streets & nice shade trees. Welcome Book on table is fully comprehensive of all amenities & suggestions for restaurants are not only great, but literally right around the corner from the house…you could practically walk if you wanted to. I would definitely stay again, as well as recommend to others.

So Charming

Tampa Trip

The location of this property is very good. 20 minutes to the Tampa waterfront, Amelia Arena for the NHL hockey game and many restaurants. From this property you can reach the beaches in Clearwater and St. Petersburg within 30 to 40 minutes. There are many very good restaurants just a couple blocks away. The property is very cute and the cobblestone streets are a added feature. Would definitely stay again!
