Ideally located just minutes from downtown Tampa, top restaurants, shopping, and attractions—this is the perfect spot for a stylish and memorable getaway.

The Space:

Whether you're on vacation with the family or traveling for work, this is your perfect home away from home! Located just 15 minutes from Lowry Park Zoo and USF, 15 minutes to Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Curtis Hixon Park, Downtown Tampa, Amalie Arena, Florida Aquarium, and more! A 20-minute drive to the Airport and International Mall, and only 45-60 minutes to Clearwater & St. Pete Beach.

This newly renovated tropical retreat offers a large, private pool, a putting green, and a gazebo with patio seating and a dining area for outdoor relaxation. You will find a nice grill for afternoon grilling by the pool. The backyard also has a hammock as well for relaxation! Inside, you'll find a spacious living room with a sectional sofa, smart TV, board games, a Wheel of Fortune arcade machine with multiple games, and an electric heated fireplace. The fully remodeled kitchen features island seating, a coffee maker, microwave, an oven with a built in air fryer, toaster, pots, pans, plates, silverware, and baby utensils. There’s also a kitchen table with seating for 4 and a dining table that seats 6, perfect for group meals.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with an en suite bathroom that includes a walk-in shower, shampoo, and conditioner.

The second bedroom offers another king-sized bed and a smart TV, along with a large dresser and closet.

The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a workspace, and a closet.

The second full bathroom includes essentials, a bathtub, and a shower head.

Additional amenities include high-speed internet, full access to WIFI and TV, a washer and dryer, and an ironing board. For families, you'll find a pack-and-play crib and baby bath in the master bedroom closet, as well as extra blankets, towels, sheets, and two large air mattresses that can accommodate four guests in the hallway supply closet.

The backyard oasis is perfect for lounging poolside, grilling, and enjoying a tropical view in total privacy.

Self check-in. I will message you the code for the door on the day of check-in.

Other things to note:

There is no smoking inside the property. Smoking fee of $300 will be charged.

We kindly ask that you treat our home with the same care and respect you would your own. Please be mindful of the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum. Respecting the space and our neighbors helps us continue sharing it with great guests like you!

There is a small attached studio with its own entrance to the side of the house. The tenant in unit B does not have access to the pool, driveway, or any other amenities that you have in the main house. Please refrain from parking in the paved pad to the left of the house. That is reserved for the guest in the smaller unit. Thank you!
