The condo looks just like the pictures. Very clean. Nicely maintained building and grounds. Only 10 minutes from the airport which was very convenient but not in a flight path which is great. Really good restaurants across the street. All I wanted to do was relax by the pool or on the beach for 3 days and have great dinners out. This was perfect for that!

We really liked the property and the view from our room. The owners were kind enough to leave a bottle of wine for my husband and I to enjoy for his birthday celebration. The bed was very comfortable. This property is in a great location to get over to St Pete or Tampa for the day! The couch is comfortable and there are two well appointed chairs. We also enjoyed the kitchen and ability to quickly throw together a meal. The only slight hiccup was the bedroom could use blackout curtains. The external hallway light was really bright through the sides of the blind both nights we were there.

Perfect spot for a great relaxing stay. Room was spotless and exactly as advertised. Great view. Could have a few more items on hand like scissors, a few k cups to get started and maybe a bottle of water or two. We did have a slight issue I paid for extended checkout, which was to be 1 PM made service started trying to get in at 10:45. They came back three times after we told them not to come back. I know that the property manager was trying to fix this issue. Other than that, it was a fantastic day. I highly recommend and I would return.

Would stay again

We had a really great time! There were a few things that we noticed that made us question how well the place was cleaned. There was an open/half drank seltzer can on the ground next to the dresser in our bedroom and pretzel rods under the couch in the living room. The wine opener was broken and the place let us borrow theirs, which I returned at check out. Overall the place was really nice and perfect for the 3 of us. The view of the bay was beautiful. The pool and bar area were lovely. We went to a lot of beaches and didn’t realize how far away everything was. It was nice to come back and have the pool there. All of the workers were really friendly. The hosts communicated information clearly and provided details that we needed for check in and check out.

Nice

Overall, this condo was nice. However, the condo is much smaller and more worn than the photos show. The couch has a broken arm, the linen closet door is broken making an odd sound, the bathroom is worn and some fixtures dustier than I would have thought. Supplies were limited, we needed to buy paper towels and tissues. For a weeks time we were given two tabs for the dishwasher. On vacation I don't want to wash dishes. The grounds of the complex are also more worn than the photos show. The restaurant is limited and the food greasy, actually the restaurant kitchen is in a trailer. The people are friendly.
