Our home is located on a double lot (10,000+ sq ft) and features a fully fenced-in backyard with lots of privacy and outdoor space. You will have full access to the entire home.

The open-concept living area is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. Sink into the plush sofa and enjoy your favorite shows on a large flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Security cameras are installed on the front exterior of the property to ensure guest safety. There is one camera on the front porch above the porch swing, another positioned above the driveway, and a third located on the side of the house, facing the locked backyard gate.

Pack and Play are available upon request! (additional fee required). Please request ahead of your check-in time. No special efforts have been made to `childproof` this house, and guests understand and accept any risk or harm to any children/infants allowed on the property.

Trash collection is scheduled for Mondays and Thursdays, with recycling pickup on Thursdays only.


Mid-Term Guest Policy:

For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed prior to check-in:

📌 Background Check: Required for each person staying, at a cost of $50 per person.
📌 Signed Lease Agreement: Must be completed and on file for all guests.
📌 Host Approval: Guests must pass the background and credit check requirements set by the host.

These measures are mandatory and ensure a secure and seamless experience for all parties
House Rules:

1. No parties or large gatherings.
2. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
3. Be respectful of neighbors and follow all local laws and ordinances.
4. A maximum of the number of persons listed on your, regardless of age, may occupy the property, or be on 5. the premises, at any one time.
6. No eating or drinking in carpeted areas of the house.
7. All trash and recycling MUST be placed inside trash bags that are securely tied and closed.
8. Subleasing this unit is not permitted.
