Newly Renovated 1 Bedroom Close to Busch Gardens

Centrally located this newly updated, clean, and comfortable 1 bedroom 1 bath home is waiting for you! The pull out couch turns into a comfy Queen sized bed, so the place can easily sleep 4 people. 3 minutes from Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, a shopping mall, and more! Easy access to 275 so you can be in Downtown Tampa, Saint Pete or the beaches in no time! There are 4 major hospitals less than 4 miles away. USF is only 6 minutes away.

-Comfortable Queen sized sleeper sofa
-Large TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Wi-fi, no local channels.

-Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

-Clean towels

Kitchen
- Fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, cups, glassware, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig (some K cup pods provided)
- A startup supply of coffee, sugar, and bottled water is provided.
Don't forget to bring any special cooking essentials like oils, spices, etc that you will want to use to prepare your meals. We have salt and pepper available for you to use.

Laundry
- Laundry in the complex (about 15 feet away) but NOT located directly in the house
- Detergent and Fabric Softener is not provided. Don't forget to bring if you're planning on using the washer.
- Iron
- Table iron board

House Rules
-- No smoking of any kind inside of the house.
If you are a smoker please smoke outside and please throw away the cigarette butts.
Smoking of any kind inside the house will result in an extra cleaning fee.
- - Our home only allows the stay of up to 4 guests which includes adults, children, and infants.
-- Absolutely no house parties or events.
-- Visitors may not stay overnight.
-- Quiet hours after 10:00 p.m.
-- Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please be respectful of this time.

You will have full access to the whole house, yard, and designated parking space in front.

There is a Publix grocery store, Walgreens and CVS 5 minutes away by car. There are a few local restaurants all 3-5 minutes by car as well. There is also a Wells Fargo and Bank of America a few minutes away.

Comfortable 4 night stay

We enjoyed our stay. Owner was responsive to our needs. WIFI was slow but workable. Kitchen was adequately equipped for light cooking.

Hi Jackie was a lot of problems wrong with the Vrbo that I couldn’t stay another night. Not only in the inside but out side as well. The roaches.was the last straw and rat traps outside at each ----------- I fell walking out the back door which the wood was busted up with nails hanging out of and to have to pay for laundry after paying that kind of money to me was not right at no means. I offered to send you over the pictures and you said no you would send the cleaning lady back which only thing that she did was the bathroom and it still was not cleaned properly. She said she took responsibility for everything. I did tell her. I know it was a hard job, but it wasn’t my job to do. We drove a very long way to enjoy our stay, but that was not the case. I left your ----------- cleaner than it was when I came in for my vacation.would like to ask you for a refund of half the cost I think that is appropriate I have a lot of pictures I can send you threw the app and give you a rating of 2 on Vrb
