Newly Renovated | Minutes to Riverwalk & Beaches | Tampa Heights

NOW AVAILABLE! Beautiful newly renovated large single-family home with custom kitchen and plenty of space close to all Tampa has to offer! Home has been professionally designed and furnished and features 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, big enough to host your entire family. Located just minutes from away from Tampa's Riverwalk, Historic Ybor City, Busch Gardens, the interstate, airport, beaches, USF, Downtown, Hard Rock Casino, Stadiums and much more are within a short drive!

• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
• Minimum rental age of 25
• For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
• Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
• Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply.
• Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.
•We are happy to accommodate pets for a fee. Fee is based on per pet per stay, for stays of up to 7 nights, a one-time fee of $150 is applied and paid separately after booking confirmation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional fee per pet will apply for each succeeding night. Cats require a refundable $1000 deposit. Please contact us before booking to inquire about the applicable pet fee, as it varies based on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply.

Great spot great hosts

Stayed for a business trip, good location for the convention center easy to get a ride anywhere you’re wanting to go. Hosts were great, left an iPad accidentally and they quickly helped me get it mailed back, very professional crew running this property.

Fell Short of Expectations

This past weekend, my friends and I stayed at this house. Our stay was unsafe and distracted from the condition of the rental property. I have reached out to the operator twice and they are uncooperative in making the concerns right on our end. The property was in a state of disrepair that significantly detracted from our experience and did not meet the standards advertised on the Vrbo listing. Safety Hazards: *Collapsing ceiling in the windowless bedroom. *Faulty door handle in the downstairs master bedroom, causing people to get trapped. *Exposed pipe due to a shower faucet protruding from the wall. *Warped floors in the kitchen and downstairs hallways. *Falling artwork in the hallway due to improper hanging. *Collapsing ceiling above the fridge. *Non-functioning and flooded dishwasher with an unpleasant odor. *Door not closing in the downstairs bedroom on the right. Missing Amenities: *Basic kitchen supplies like a can opener and wine bottle opener were absent. *Insufficient number of trash bags for the size of the house. *Burnt-out lights in the kitchen island. Additional Problems: *Mismatched light bulbs and poorly done paint touch *Upstairs hallway ceiling had slapped plaster on the ceiling and exposed insulation. *Broken piece in the dining room blinds. *Difficulty opening the back bedroom closet door due to a dislodged track. We contacted the operator about the flooded dishwasher but there was a lack of empathy and offered no solution until after check out.

Spacious and clean, but with some suggestions

We were generally happy with our stay. The property was clean and spacious, while convenient to local destinations. However, the following deficiencies could have made our stay more enjoyable: Missing towel hooks in bathrooms Windows were drafty and noisy Shower diverters need repair Ceiling damage in kitchen and hallway are unsighlty and need repair TV in one bedroom not working Some bedroom closet door tracks were off No toaster in kitchen Refrigerator water dispenser not working This is a review from and architect and a realtor, so please take it with a grain of salt! Great layout for group business trip!

Layout of the rooms provided space and privacy for group of 6 during business trip. Good location with quick access to downtown, restaurants, and airport. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Kitchen equipped with plenty of dishes, and utensils. Everything was as advertised. Fit our needs well!

I came with some co workers for a conference and the house was located in a good area close to everything in Tampa. I would recommend staying here.

Tampa Golf Trip

The accommodations were nice. However, the location was not that desirable. The house is located right next to a major roadway so the traffic noise was continuous 24 hours a day. The only thing that is negative would be the kitchen utensils are very limited. No toaster, baking sheets, and could use a larger frying pan. There was no dish towels included.

Great Place

Stayed at this location with large group of adults. House was clean and looked like pictures. Neighborhood was quiet. Close to the Hard Rock, which was the reason for our trip. We enjoyed.

Girls weekend

If you’re catering to a large group this is the place. With 6 bedrooms everyone had their own space to retreat to. The three bathrooms made it easy for a large group of women to get ready in. There was a very loud, noisy party at a neighbors house our first night, but the next night it was much more quiet with no parties on the block. We felt safe in the home, and would stay again despite the small hiccup.
