Welcome to your Tampa family getaway! This spacious waterfront home is your ultimate destination for relaxation, play, and quality time together. Located at the end of a quiet street, you'll find it offers peace, privacy, and an amazing variety of amenities for guests of all ages.

You'll spend the day splashing in the brand-new pool, paddling the kayaks, or challenging each other to mini golf, ping pong, or badminton. As the sun sets, you'll gather around the firepit or unwind at the tiki bar while the kids play on in the gameroom.

Just 7 minutes from Tampa International Airport, 15 minutes from downtown, and 30 minutes from Clearwater Beach, you’ll be close to all the area’s best attractions — but you might never want to leave!

This large, comfortable home features 4 bedrooms + game room, 5.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 13 — perfect for multi-family vacations or groups traveling with kids. With separate living areas and cozy sleeping spaces, everyone can relax and enjoy their own corner of paradise.



Inquire about having a private chef come to the home and prepare dinner or brunch or even a host a private mixology class at the tiki bar or in the house. Prices are per guest and as much lead time as possible is appreciated!

-Brand-new pool with water basketball & pool toys. Pool heating available for $75 a day.

-Tiki bar & patio seating for family BBQs

-Gas & charcoal grills (charcoal not provided)

-Canalside deck for fishing or relaxing (no swimming in canal)

-Family fun zone with full-size ping pong table, NBA Jam arcade, sticky dart board, and a 55” Smart TV.

Large living room with a GIANT couch, 65” 4K TV, and connected dining room

Master Suite: King bed, memory foam mattress, 55” 4K TV, walk-in closet, and a spa-style bathroom with double sinks, jacuzzi tub, and dual rainfall showers.

Bedroom 2: Two queen beds, memory foam mattresses, 55” Smart TV, private bathroom, and walk-in closet.



In-Law Suite

Queen-over-queen bunk bed (a hit with the kids!), memory foam mattresses, workspace, full bathroom. Adjacent room includes 65” Smart TV, full bathroom, large couch, and a Japanese floor futon for extra sleeping space, mini fridge, and microwave

Guest Access:

Every space is available except for the outdoor shed and one closet in the master bedroom.



Other Things to Note:

There is creek access but it's currently partially blocked by a tree that fell over in the hurricanes. Branches have been cut, but the tree cannot be moved because it's still alive. There is NO SWIMMING in the creek.
