- No more than 16 people in the home at a time
- No fireworks within 300 feet of the property
- No weapons on property
- No noise or loud music during quiet hours 11pm-7am
- No loitering on balcony or patio during quiet hours 11pm-7am
- If fire department or police are dispatched may result in reservation termination
- Any physical or verbal conflict with neighbors may result in reservation termination
- Any physical altercation on the property will result in reservation termination
- Additional cleaning charge for excessive or extraordinary mess

Breaking any of the house rules gives the host the right to end the reservation and no refund will be given for the remaining days. These rules are in place for the safety of the guests, neighbors, and property. Please respect all house rules
