South Tampa - Central Location - Efficiency Suite

Fantastic Efficiency suite in a great location South Tampa. This unit is uniquely close to Downtown Tampa, South Howard Ave (hottest area), and all major highways such as I-275, literally 3 minutes away. It is a well decorated Boho-chic modern theme. The space although limited (around 300 sqft), is extremely well designed to be fully functional, for short to medium length stays. Great way to be located directly in the the hottest and expensive areas of Tampa, while still traveling on a budget.

There is 1 double bed. Double beds are slightly smaller than Queen bed, so please discuss this with your companion prior to arrival. There is no washer and dryer in the unit. The AC (Central Air) is called a "mini split". Which is an upgrade to window units, but slightly smaller then traditional American separated AC's you are likely thinking of. The AC works well for the unit. Active free Wifi, Smart TV, and cable TV for easy watching.

For Parking, there is off-street parking. Follow the driveway on the left to the end. At the end there are designated parking spots. There are two other units that share this parking area, so please be mindful and respectful. Only 1 car parking space is allocated / allowed for this particular unit. There is a manual lockbox, we will message you all of this information before your arrival.

No large trucks, or RV's etc allowed.

- Illegal Activity of any kind will not be tolerated
- No Events, or parties permitted
- No unregistered guests permitted on the property
- No Loud guests or disruptive behavior
-If you do not follow check-out time there will be an additional fee: $30.
-EARLY/LATE check-out requests. While we would love to be able to accommodate all requests, we must ask that you adhere to check-in and check-out times. In most cases, we will have guests staying prior to and after your reservation and we need to give the housekeeping staff ample time to clean and turn over the home : )

Great stay

The stay was very nice. The host communicated very well, any time I had a question they were quick to respond. There was some neighborhood noise pretty early on a Saturday morning, but overall the stay was great!

Studio in Quiet Neighborhood

Our overall stay was very pleasant. There were some small issues but overall the place was cute, clean, quiet, in a nice neighborhood and close to restaurants, markets, etc. As for negatives: We specifically booked this listing because it had a regular sized stove and fridge and we would be able to cook there. We would have cooked but since there were no cooking utensils (spatula, anything to stir with, etc) and no oven tray or pan, that made it very difficult to do so. We ended up not ever cooking and instead utilized the many great local restaurants in the area, so the location came in handy although we didn’t budget for as many meals out. Another negative was the bathroom door. While the sliding barn door is very aesthetically pleasing, the fact that it hangs out a couple inches away from the wall and also isn’t large enough to fully cover the bathroom doorway was a problem. When the door is all the way “closed” you can easily see inside from both sides and don’t really get any privacy being that it’s right next to the bed/kitchen/living space. Fine for just one person but for two who would like to have a little privacy, it’s not ideal. All of that being said, I would still recommend this listing, I would just give whomever was booking that heads up.

One of my favorites

I honestly feel like they have undersold this property. The unit is small but incredibly well designed. And the location is amazing. It is less than 1/2 a mile from everything you need (Barnes and Noble, Whole Foods, REI, countless food options, gyms). Will definitely book again

The room was great the Area & people were friendly.

The Host was horrible. My Wife and I simply requested the Wi-Fi password for password for the Internet he told us I sent it in the original email it was never in the original email all he had to do was simply send us the Wi-Fi he never did it cost me much time and inconvenience I had to go to a local restaurant to use their Wi-Fi to take care of some very important business While I was out of town I would never ever recommend him to work with anybody again but anybody again if it was my company he would be terminated today not tomorrow today staying at your air and beat
