The property is nestled in the charming Tampa Heights neighborhood, one of Tampa's oldest districts. The chic dining room table can seat 4 for formal meals or host a spontaneous game night. This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.
Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds and a dedicated workspace with desk, chair, and Smart TV.
The home’s full guest bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway and street parking available for up to 2 vehicles. Part of the driveway is a covered carport.
• This home is equipped with an external Ring security system monitoring the home’s entry and side.
• For longer stays (6 weeks or more), a monthly cleaning is required. Each additional cleaning costs $145 and will be charged separately. Guests are responsible for this payment after booking.
Our cancellation policy applies to all bookings without exception—please consider travel insurance. Changes to reservations incur a $75 fee. Early check-in or late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to approval and extra charges.
HOUSE RULES are strictly enforced!

Smoking, vaping, or any tobacco/marijuana use is strictly prohibited inside the house, in the yard, on the porch, driveway, or anywhere on the property.
Violation of this rule or any evidence of smoking (odor, ashes, cigarette butts) will result in additional cleaning fees and immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
Quiet Hours: This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down between 10 PM – 8 AM (both inside and outside)
No parties, social gathering, max occupancy shall not be exceeded at any time.
