Benvenuti nella vostra casa per le vacanze a Tampa Bay! Questa oasi di intrattenimento migliorerà sicuramente la tua esperienza di vacanza. Questa casa di 2400 piedi quadrati è completa di tavolo da biliardo, tavolo da poker, 2 TV a schermo piatto, un patio posteriore coperto di 800 mq con tavolo da ping pong e wifi. Ha 3 BR e 2 bagni ed è perfettamente situato a Tampa Bay. Si trova a soli 7 miglia dall'aeroporto, a 5 miglia dall'International Plaza e dalla Courtney Campbell Causeway Beach, ea soli 13 miglia da Busch Gardens e Adventure Island.

Quando si entra in casa, si viene accolti da un tavolo da biliardo di 8 piedi, tavolo da pranzo cucina aperta e bar. Pentole, stoviglie e posate sono disponibili così come una caffettiera, piano cottura, forno e lavastoviglie. Troverai il primo bagno dritto seguito da 3 camere da letto con il secondo bagno situato nel master. Al largo della cucina troverete una grande tana con 2 divani, di cui 1 divano letto. La lavanderia si trova appena fuori dalla tana. In esso troverai una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size con due biciclette disponibili per l'uso (equipaggiamento di sicurezza per bici non fornito). Spring training trip

Came down to Tampa to watch spring training games. The house was in a great location to get to the baseball. House was clean and very wide open so you never fell on top of each other. Host was super easy to contact and very quick with any responses.

Convenience at a cost

The pre arrival and arrival process were efficient and the welcome basket was a nice amenity. The home is conveniently located to drivable attractions, but the house is dated and we found several outlets and switches were non-functional. The departure instructions were very basic and simple which was nice, but the host claimed we took 4 of her towels and charged me accordingly. We only used 4 towels total and I told her where all of those towels were left after our departure (on hooks behind doors and on top of the laundry facilities) as there were no instructions on specific locations to discard used linen or terry.

Tampa vacation

House was just as advertised. Very comfortable, outdoor screened patio was nice at night, back yard good during the day. Extra entertainment value of pool table, ping pong table, dart board was great, had many fun games. Host was helpful and responsive. Only down side to area is the traffic, all roads are busy from daylight late into the night. Tough getting around until you get used to it, Memorial Highway is right in front of the house. But overall a good place to stay to see the sights around Tampa.

Excellent property

There were 8 people staying here. We all enjoyed our stay. The property was conveniently located to many attractions. The house was very comfortable and inviting. We especially loved the screened in porch with the ping pong table! The pool table was a hit as well. We would definitely go back!

Centrally located to everything

Enjoyed our week vacation at the house, very comfortable and had everything you could need. Kitchen has limited counter space so it's a bit difficult to cook in there. Outside porch is great and we played a lot of ping pong in the evenings. Beds were comfortable and there are ceiling fans in all the rooms. This house is on a very busy main highway so it is pretty loud, and the traffic makes it difficult to get out sometimes. All in all a wonderful vacation as there is so much to do and see.

Cute and cozy, convenient and clean!

My family and I booked a property through VRBO months prior to our trip to Tampa for the holidays . I found out three days before the trip that it was actually a double booking. Needless to say VRBO was very helpful in helping us receive a refund and also in assisting us with rebooking a property near our intended destination. All was good. The homeowner or property manager was very nice (over the vrbo messaging -never met in person or spoke on the phone). The home was inviting, very clean and in a convenient location. We enjoyed the accommodations. The air worked well, the water was hot. There were plenty of clean towels and extra pillows and linens. The neighborhood was quiet. The owners even have a pool table , ping pong table and dartboard for additional fun. Could not get the TVs to work In the back two bedrooms but excellent WiFi connection (300)!

Fun house to stay at work friends.

The house is set up for fun. The only thing we had trouble with was no TP, it was an easy fix. Enjoyed playing pool and socializing in the evenings after our show. The beds were super comfortable. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Just what we needed!

We had a great weekend at this fun house. Pool table inside. Ping pong on the patio. Everything was as expected. Slept well in master bedroom.

House was decent but not what was said it was going to be

When we got there the first MAJOR problem we had was that the fridge had a note on it that said it was broken..... we were there for a birthday weekend/Softball tournament and we had to go out and buy 4 coolers and ice just to keep the stuff to eat and things for the weekend! The second was the master bathroom in the shower after you were in it for two minutes it would be up to the top of your ankles in water..... we had someone slip and fall because of this! The next was in the master bedroom on one of the night stands it was covered in ants we tried to find where they were coming from to get rid of them but no luck! The last thing was the second bathroom upon arrival someone tried to use it and the toilet was broken (stopper was broken) therefore left us with one toilet. Luckily one of the guys in our group knew how to fix it and went and got the piece with his own money and replaced it. We also took pictures of all incidents so we had proof and could back up everything that happened. We told the owner all the issue and pretty much got the response “oh well” so please learn from us upon choosing this house for your stay!
