Quiet, amazing sunset views, dolphin spotting, with in-suite entertainment and even a walk-in shower! You also get to enjoy the resort amenities including a year-round HEATED POOL, bar & grill on the water, convenience store on the 2nd floor, 24/7 security, and FREE parking & wifi!

** Please note, a digital rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in and a valid ID & photo must be provided. We will also need the names of anyone over the age of 18 per HOA requirements. You must be at least 18 to book and stay. Please review the house rules for additional information.

- This condo is professionally managed by the Tampa Vacation Collection
- Our concierge service is live 24/7
- Our condo is regularly treated for pests. Unfortunately occasional bugs are still common in FL so we do not issue refunds for pests

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire resort and its amenities.

The Neighborhood:
The beach is right outside your door which you can see from the balcony. Whiskey Joe’s beach is down the block, walk or Uber. There is a ton a amazing restaurants in the area. The Big Bamboo Restaurant/Bar is at the pool. The Rusty Pelican is next door to Sailport which is an AMAZING RESTAURANT as well on the water.

Getting Around:
Some restaurants are nearby including the on-site bar & grill, the Rusty Pelican across the street, and both the downstairs restaurant and rooftop restaurant at the Current (across the street). Other hot spots like Whiskey Joes and Ben T. Davis Beach are a very short drive. Uber is readily available.

Other Things to Note:
Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.)
