Ideale per lunghi soggiorni o brevi visite, questa casa è dotata di WiFi veloce, televisori intelligenti e un sistema di sicurezza all'avanguardia. La casa dispone di due spazi abitativi, una master suite, una cucina completa con tutti gli strumenti necessari per preparare i pasti e una lavanderia. È famiglia e pet-friendly, anche!



Situata in posizione centrale nella zona universitaria di Tampa, questa casa è situata vicino a Busch Gardens, alla University of South Florida, al Moffitt Cancer Center e al James A Haley Veterans Hospital. Bar alla mano e ottimi ristoranti sono vicini per il vostro divertimento!

The Den - Arredato con un divano in pelle, un tavolo da pranzo, una PlayStation 4 e una smart TV da 50 ", questo è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e divertirsi. 


La cucina - Completamente attrezzata con pentole, padelle, piatti, posate, bicchieri e molto altro! 


The Living Room - Arredato con un divano e una sedia per creare lo spazio ideale per intrattenere gli ospiti o leggere un libro. 


Le camere - Dotate di biancheria bianca pulita con piumoni leggeri, tutte le camere di questa casa hanno i propri orologi iHome. La master suite ha un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato con una doccia standup aggiornato. Le altre due camere sono dotate di letti queen size e condividono un ampio bagno per gli ospiti vicino a entrambe le camere. 


All'aperto - Un grande patio allestito con molti posti a sedere, una buona illuminazione, una griglia a carbone e un clima caldo trasforma questo spazio di vita all'aperto in un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi. 


Lavanderia - Dotato di una lavatrice / asciugatrice e ferro e asse da stiro. Tutte le aree della casa sono per gli ospiti da utilizzare. Abbiamo un armadio di lino che è bloccato perché è utilizzato per la memorizzazione di prodotti per la pulizia ed extra. Per favore non disturbare quest'area; si prega di discutere con il vostro ospite se sono necessari prodotti per la pulizia durante il vostro soggiorno.

Durante ogni soggiorno l'intera casa è a disposizione dei nostri ospiti. Al momento del check-in, l'ospite riceverà un codice per aprire la porta d'ingresso anteriore. 


Circa la posizione: Il bellissimo campus della University of South Florida è a pochi minuti da questa casa accogliente. Questa casa si trova vicino al Moffitt Cancer Center, al James A Haley Veterans Hospital e ai Busch Gardens. Una zona popolare per studenti universitari, famiglie e turisti, puoi prendere qualcosa da bere al World Of Beer, fare un giro nella città di Ybor, fare un tuffo a Adventure Island, guardare una partita al Sun Dome o dare un'occhiata al Museo MOSI! Property is in a state of uncleanliness and disrepair

The co-host was responsive and offered to have the property cleaned; however, the property was so filthy, it would take days not hours to thoroughly clean. The property smells like wet dog; the doors, walls, baseboards, a/c vents, and thermostat are filthy. The sofa upholstery and area rugs need deep cleaning. The co-host offered to move me to another property, IF AVAILABLE, AT MY OWN UPFRONT EXPENSE (while I wait for reimbursement from VRBO), and WITH NO OFFER FOR PRICE MATCHING. I explained that I was traveling with elderly parents (in their 80s, one with dementia) and that moving them again wasn't an option. I asked for a partial refund, which was denied. The disrepair of this property is significant: the pocket door in the primary bathroom is stuck in the wall; the bottoms of several doors are dry rotted; in the second bathroom, the resurfaced tub is stained and peeling, the vanity is rotten with the veneer peeling off, and the towel rack is pulled away from the wall; repairs are clearly visible with mismatched paint and/or no paint; the microwave interior is rusted, the curtains have holes, the leatherette sofa shows significant damage from a cat; and the leatherette counter height dining chairs have deteriorated down to the underlayment. From reviews, this home was nice at one time; however, it has fallen into filth and disrepair. The photos need to be updated to reveal the true condition of the home; otherwise, renters will feel as if they've been cat fished.

The host was absolutely great to work with. We had to extend our trip several times and when they could no longer accommodate the extension requests they referred us to another home, which we are now in. Very responsive.

Family vacation 2024

We were taking a family vacation for spring break and our daughters college graduation. The home was exactly as stated when we booked it. I loved the welcome basket when we arrived. We came in late the night of check in and the instructions to get into the home were easy to follow. The back yard was great for the kids to play and for the adults to sit and visit. The home was clean and accomidating. The only thing I was suggest would be to upgrade the beds. The master bed was broken down and slept rough. Thank you so much for such a wonderdul experience with our first ever stay at an a vrbo. If we travel again to that area we will definitely consider staying with you again.

Good rental near Moffitt Cancer

We rented this home near Moffitt for 40 days due to a family member being treated there. It was pretty much as expected . It is in a transitioning neighborhood that was safe and friendly. It’s an older home within 5 minutes of the hospital. It has a great washer and dryer and we enjoyed the patio outside. The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms themselves are fine . The mattresses on each bed are very soft . The owner should consider replacing them as well as kitchen table chairs and one of the couches that appear torn up by unruly pets. The house was generally clean but we would suggest some occasional cleaning of floor moldings, corners etc. The yard is well maintained. We would consider staying again under similar circumstances

Clean and well setup

Nice clean property very close to Busch Gardens, USF and Moffitt Cancer Center (the reason for our stay). Quick response from owners on questions. Clean and stocked well. Neighborhood is transitional but we had absolutely no issues whatsoever.

Close to Moffit

Property was accommodating to our needs. Lots of room. Very cozy and comfortable. Only thing I would recommend is shower heads with handle extensions. Otherwise the property meet our needs.

Good but not great

The best thing about this property was location. The neighborhood is okay, but it's really close to busch gardens which is where we went. The map took us to just the zip code which originally took us to a sketchy neighborhood. Then we put in the address listed on the property and it took us to a home that was fenced and had cars and didn't look correct. It was 10pm by the time we were checking in so this was a little off-putting. We called and realized the address had a type-o which will hopefully be corrected. The place was nice and clean. The toiletries and snacks was a very nice touch. We stayed in the master bedroom and that bed leaves a LOT to be desired. It was not comfortable, a but lumpy and really loud!! It's time for a new mattress. The hallway bathroom also had awkward controls so my family found it hard to adjust for the shower. Also i don't think the place had been rented since covid so the water had a bit of rust built up and came out orange initially. After we ran it for a while that did clear up but it made us a bit nervous that first night with showers and brushing our teeth. Overall our stay was not bad. We didn't really spend a lot of time in the unit, it was more for crashing and for that, it could have been more comfortable, but overall it was okay. The couch pulls out into a bed so it accommodates a good amount of people. The house felt secure and we felt safe staying there. It's just time for some minor updates...

Perfect for us

We really enjoyed our stay, the house has had many updates. You are right at bush gardens, we could see the fireworks. The home is beautiful decorated and very welcoming. A few suggestion but it doesn't take away from the home as it is really a very nice home and doesn't lack anything you need to make a rememberable vacation. They even leave you a goodie box of things just in case you forgot something like us. Suggestions: Again these are just my opinions and doesn't take away from the home. A king bedroom in master bedroom w/ 2 night tables. Cabinet or something to put your stuff on in master bath. Some kind of cover on the back patio for when it rains and update some of the kitchen pots and pans and deep cleaning.

Great Stay!

House was very clean!! Host was great at communication by email and very friendly when we called. We were in for a conference so also needed some quiet time to relax as well. The back yard was the perfect hideaway and very peaceful. We were blessed to have great weather while we were there so we enjoyed the grill and outside as much as the inside. We would definately stay again!

The house is in a perfect spot, everything is nearby! 15 minutes from Hard Rock Casino and right next door to Busch Gardens! Everything was clean and stocked up! Future Tampa trips this will definitely be our rental home!!
