Great place and amazing host!

Host and place are very accommodating to say the least. Will very much consider the same property again next we are in town for that amazing stay experience.

Awesome place to stay

Perfect stay for a Tampa Bachelorette

We had a group of 12 girls and it accommodated us perfectly. The house is in a great location and we all felt very safe!

I can’t say enough great things about this place. Clean, spacious, and a great place for entertainment with a pool, pool table and outdoor area with a kitchen and TV’s! On top of all that, the property owner was great! He was so friendly and communicated with us throughout our stay!

A great place to stay with friends

It's a great property especially if you're traveling with friends. We were a group of nine and we were all very comfortable in the house for a long weekend. The host was very friendly and communicated well which made our stay even better. The pool and outdoor kitchen are absolutely amazing.

Great house

Our group enjoyed the house and the amenities it offered. Host was great and quick to respond to any questions. The house is huge with plenty of room to spread out. The pool was great and the outdoor kitchen was fantastic! Will stay again when back in Tampa!

We loved it

A great place to stay, we had lot of room and the house was very clean. Love the pool and it was very clean. The outside kitchen was the best. Only thing there was no pots and pans to cook with that we needed to cook. Over all we had a great time and a great stay. We would come back if we visited Tampa again.

Great home for families

Family in town for a wedding. Great place for out of town family to stay together. We were able to enjoy our time with each other and have family meals. Would stay again. Nice location, close to grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants. Recommend for as few as four and as many as 10. Six bedrooms and five baths with a pool!

Everything was perfect. Sufficient accommodations for everyone. Place was clean and property manager was very helpful and had a very quick response to questions. Neighborhood was very quiet. Pool was fantastic for the kids. Would recommend this home.

Great Place

This house was in an amazing location (not too close to the stadium, but not too far away). The house was stocked with towels and toiletries. It was perfectly cleaned and maintained. Perfect house for a large group of people to stay at. I highly recommend.

Amazing Stay Spacious and Safe

The host was quick with messages and pleasant. The pictures doesn’t do the size of the house justice. The house is perfect for a family trip or couples. I have already contacted a few friends to make a trip back and stay here again! Came stock with pretty much everything and ample of linen.

Highly Recommend

This was a great place to stay! Franddy the property manager was easy to work with and accommodating. There was enough room to have a large group but not feel crowded. Having all king beds was a perk as well. The property was clean and also stocked with extra towels and bedding. We greatly appreciated not having to buy paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, etc. Highly recommended!

Why you’ll rate 5/5 also!

Clean - 5/5: towels, toilet paper, bedding, floors, fridges, POOL!, couches were all great and ready to go. Communication - 5/5: He let me know I left a jacket not even 15 minutes after I left the house/checked out. Location - 5/5: 15 min from the bars/nightlife, 10 mins from the airport, 0 min from great neighbors and quiet street. Overall: I’m staying here everytime I can when I come to Tampa for Bucs games and friend gatherings.

recent stay in Tampa

The hotel was very clean, the only disappointment were the bedroom locations for our family with 4 children. If I had known the 2 bedrooms were outside of the main house, I don't think we would have booked. Also, there were no check in or check out instructions and locating the keys for the 2 guestrooms took us time to figure out.

Unusual layout

Overall it is a very nice place to stay. It is pretty handicapped accessible with 1 step at the door and a small step down into the main room. None of the bathrooms have safety bars. The house was well equipped although we had to go on a hunting expedition to find cooking pots. They were in the outdoor kitchen. Lots of towels and supplies which was nice. One thing you really need to know is that 2 of the bedrooms are only accessible from outside. They are attached to the house, but there is no interior entrance. It wasnt a problem for us as we had no young children. The entire house is surrounded by a fence so these rooms are secure. The pool is really nice - big and deep especially for Florida.

Lots of Questions

House has an interesting design that works in some ways but not others. May be great for a gathering of friends aged 20-60 but the house works less well for young children or seniors. There was an infant’s crib but no sheets, no highchair or no games except pool toys. There were many TVs but all were streaming services with no live TV, not good for seniors. Additionally, internet was slow and spotty. Why was there a Christmas tree up in March? Why was the heat and AC control hidden behind a TV? Why was there a mirror over the toilet in master bath? Why was the description not clear about the two rooms that could only be accessed from the outside, neither room having heat? Why were there no directives for pool maintenance?The experience would have been much easier with a clear, detailed set of directions about heat/ac, keys, pool etc. The place was well stocked with towels and paper goods and the host did respond to questions promptly. Despite the issues, we enjoyed our week.
