01. Do you accept pets? If so, what are the fees? Yes, pets are allowed. Please note as per the platform’s policies and procedures, if you have a service pet or support animal, we need a copy of the certificate and badge for review and approval in order to waive applicable fees. Otherwise, $100 pet fee for reservations

03. My flight arrives past check-in time. Am I allowed to check-in after 4:00pm? It’s self-check-in. You may check in at anytime after 4:00pm. Instructions are sent the day of your check-in via an automated email and it includes the address, access code among other information.
04. Do you have a late check out? We have a 60-minute gracing period that allow guests to check out between 10am to 11:00am. In the event of any emergencies, please send a message requesting additional assistance or request.
05. Is this a private property? The listing is private property and will be available to for use of you and your guests only. There are no shared spaces or otherwise other guests outside your party staying at the premises.

18. Are there personnel onsite on a daily basis? Yes, we have personnel including housekeeping and maintenance on call, Monday through Friday, from 10:00am to 5:00pm to better assist you with your check in or throughout your stay. Weekends our staff is available on emergency-calls only.
19. How do I submit additional toiletries or maintenance requests? For any missing, additional toiletries or maintenance requests, please send us a message on the platform or text line. Any requests received, other than emergencies, after 6:00pm, will be handled and addressed the following business day.
20. Is there a laundry onsite? Yes, there is a stackable washer & dryer onsite.
21. What are the parking arrangements and what is the cost? Parking is first come first serve, complimentary. No ticket or tag is needed on dashboard. One parking space per booking only.
