“Had a quick little stay.
Property is in rough shape due to storms. So lots of repairs going on and very loud. The layout for driving in and getting parking is confusing. Need better signage for people coming in and out.
Also the parking garage doesn't have elevators. Would be difficult for older guests.
No access to the beach during repairs was kind of a downer.
Overall it could be a great hotel. Just needs a lot of work as long as they put the money into it. But unfortunately tourism is way...

“The front desk staff was very helpful and they make your stay worthwhile especially during typhoon Bavi. Thank you Connie from the front desk staff for going beyond to extend our stay and not needing to check in and giving my family a great price. Cafe Cino is also my favorite coffee shop on island. “We stayed in Crowne Plaza for 5 days then switched to Lotte Guam. We have to say Lotte has lots of room to improve their service.
1. Front desk staff told us there is an ice bucket in our room, however we did not see it.
2. Breakfast selections are poor.
3. There is no any signs in the room that call locally will charge a fee. When we check out, they charged us 0.75/minute.
4. If you lose your towel card or room cards, you will get charged (thank God! we didn't lose any of the...
