“Upon arrival were greeted well and quickly were assigned to a room, however the room was inadequate, bathroom bath valves was missing and can only output hot water. The air-conditioning unit chirped like a cricket, so I asked to change rooms which the staff was highly responsive. The rest of the duration was trouble free and breakfast buffet was adequate. “Properly is far from everything, no places to eat, no places to shop. You need to book Grab to go to the city to grab a bite. Breakfast buffet is subpar to similar priced hotels, food is like warm, limited choices and everyday the same food.”

“What an experience . La Costa wasn't just a resort it was like staying at a families house . Staff are very friendly . CHI went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable . She even took me on a food and coffee tour after she got off . I even got to meet the owner of the resort , who is so down to earth and lovely person . The staff took me on a waterfall hike too .
