“Apartment not furnished for basic needs. Kitchen doesn't have: Frying pan, full set of cutlery( no dining knifes), soup plates for cereal, no glasses. No extra garbage bags, no eaxtra toilet paper. I used the ohine number included in the reservation confirmation, and I believe hotels.com help desk used the in-app message service. The host didn't respond to either. I finally had to book last minute elsewhere. This was a pre-paid reservation but as of yet I've been unsuccessful getting a refund. ”
