“Good location although it was quite hard to drive up to the 7th floor and locate where to park at the hotel. Great room service. We liked the rooms and it was convenient and accessible to Komtar jbcc. Booked the executive king rooms and we were pleasantly surprised that it came with complimentary food/wine or mini high tea set at the lounge and daily complimentary mini bar & fridge items. The breakfast buffet was good too and worth the price. Will definitely recommend :)”

I used the ohine number included in the reservation confirmation, and I believe hotels.com help desk used the in-app message service. The host didn't respond to either. I finally had to book last minute elsewhere. This was a pre-paid reservation but as of yet I've been unsuccessful getting a refund. ”
