“I have stayed in numerous hotels in several countries, when I booked for a room of 3, none of them charged me for the roll away bed that I have requested. Though you have waived it when I protested but you have spoiled my Staycation.”

“The apartment was good except the checking in process. We reached out to the property host one day before checking in and the day of arrival, but we got no response at all. We tried several times and finally got the response. It took a hard time. The communication was poor.”
