Hotel a Tanah Merah

“Very cute hotel. I arrived late and self check in was easy. They also left instructions for a place to eat at 9:30 pm which was great. The hotel is on a busy road but I never heard the traffic. There restaurant opened early which was great (6am) as I had an international flight to catch.”

“Spacious well appointed room with lots of character. The restaurant was lovely with consistently good food, reasonably priced. I hope to return.”

“The hotel is very nice and relatively new! The price in the restaurant for the breakfast are very high and the quality and service of the food were poor. Few staff of the hotel looks welcoming but are not very friendly and helping with attention of the Customer needs. The cleaning in the room is just acceptable and needs to be reminded for vacuum the floor. ”

“Great place to stay. Convenience of being able to park right at the door of your room. Mini kitchenette with sink and microwave in the room which is handy. Staff are helpful and friendly. Walk to the local club for a great meal and a drink. Quick drive to the shops.”

“Really enjoyed my stay here, was travelling for business. Had room service and enjoyed the food, it was fresh and tasty. Convenient location and parking was great too. Comfy bed and I had a great view over the river. Buffet breakfast was good. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Brisbane”

Fridge is stocked with snacks and drinks for your convenience,or you can purchase from the office. Shower water pressure is AMAZING. Fresh towels and linen Great for a passing through stay.”

“フライトの都合でAM6:00のチェックアウトだとスタッフに事前に伝えていたにも関わらず、全ての出入口にロックがかかっており解錠出来ずに施設から外に出られない状態になった。 施設内部からはインターホン等のヘルプコール設備も無く、仕方なく2メートル以上のホテルのフェンスを乗り越えて脱出した。 大人でも乗り越えるのは大変だったが、同伴の子供達はかわいそうだった。”

“Very bad experience. The room was dirty, and the bedsheets and blankets were not clean at all. The swimming pool was also extremely dirty and looked unhygienic. As soon as you enter the hotel, you can immediately feel the lack of cleanliness everywhere. There was also a bad smell throughout the hotel. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.”
